Great location, great communication and amenities in the room. They are still building and redoing rooms so there was construction noise, construction materials in the hallways and the smell of fresh paint in the rooms. Should be great place once they are completely done.

Motti House is a great option if you are looking for a hybrid hotel with no front desk, and you are given a door code to get in (I loved that part). The price was very good. The location is perfect, a short walk to everything you want to see in Prague, and it was super close to food and drinks. What we were surprised about was how quiet the building is - a great place to rest up and then walk all day around the great City.

Lovely accommodation. Room was far bigger than what you’d get if you paid more money at a larger hotel. Excellent condition and very clean. Good quality bedding and very comfortable bed. Very easy check in process and accessing the property. Host isn’t the quickest to reply via Expedia app but there is a contact sheet in the room so uou can What’sApp them, and they were very quick to respond on there (minutes). Only complaint is that there is a bar opposite the building and we found that on one night of our stay it was very noisy about 12 am when the bar closed. No fault of the host though.

Modern, Thoughtfully Designed Rooms – I stayed in a Superior Double room, which felt brand new and was impeccably designed with great attention to detail. High ceilings, large windows, a comfortable bed, and a sleek marble bathroom created an inviting and relaxing space. 4. Excellent Shower – The shower had fantastic water pressure and was always nice and hot. 5. Responsive and Helpful Support – Although there’s no physical reception, the phone support was quick and efficient. I had an issue with not receiving my registration confirmation, but they resolved it promptly, which gave me peace of mind. 6. Immaculately Clean – Both the rooms and the entire hotel were spotless, showing their commitment to cleanliness and maintenance. 7. Extremely Quiet – The unit was unbelievably quiet. The windows blocked out noise so well that I could hardly believe I was staying in the heart of the city. 8. Solid and Reliable WiFi– The WiFi was fast and consistent. Amazing location and very spacious apartment. Only complaint was that there was a party going on downstairs that went passed midnight. So many having some rules about quiet hours but it was in another building so really nothing against this apartment. The communication of checking in was clear and everything with the apartment itself was perfect.

Perfect location, beautiful building with spacious room and felt very private. Sometimes loud at night just due to location but overall wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Mottl House by Andrez. Perfect location, underground is right outside of the building, and the room was clean and roomy. Highly recommend!
