Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Airport

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the proximity to the airport was great. It was nice to have a few different areas to relax , read a book and have a drink outside of the room. The fact that there were basically no tv channels unless you had a streaming app on your phone, which I didn’t.

Our room was clean but basic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel had a luggage storage room and bikes available to rent. It was a bit hot in our room for mid May and there is no A/C. Also, facecloths were not provided. The breakfast was a nice add. The hotel is close to the airport and was perfect for a quick overnight stay.

The location of this hotel is convenient in relationship to Copenhagen airport. We arrived after disembarking our cruise ship, dropped off our luggage, walk to the train station, visit some sites, and return for drinks in the evening before waking up the next morning for a 10 minute ride to the airport. The staff was kind and amazing!

The hotel is not located near the Airport and it is bad practice to mislead the guests, the taxi ride is long and expensive, there should be shuttle bus. The phone has not been answered because the reception was busy! The room has no ambience, terrible fit out and four stars for being Sheraton! Nothing pleasant or friendly about this hotel.

I find the location near the airport to be convenient, I have stayed there several times and find it well worth the price and the amenities suit my needs.

Nothing bad to say , nice hotel for the night before flight home. Short uber/cab to all terminals. A note: Uber more expensive than USA.,still affordable.

This was the only hotel in our trip (5 hotels) that didn't include breakfast in the cost, so we skipped it as it was fairly expensive. The room is very small and minimalist. Everything is "modern", but lacking, no side tables, super small desk with a stool, no room for suitcase, bare concrete walls, however the bathroom did have counter space. Front desk had sandwiches for a reasonable cost and we were even able to get them after midnight. The location is not great, it looks close to the airport, but it's still a 3km walk and there aren't any convenient public transit options close by. We ended up taking a taxi and it was 120 dkk for a 5 minute drive. There aren't many restaurants or anything nearby. A very clean and new, but super minimalist and basic place you wouldn't want to stay in longer than you had to. You'd be better off paying a bit more and getting a place next to a metro stop if you are going to the airport.

Amelia at the front desk was incredibly awesome and very helpful. The room was comfortable and bed was very nice! Thank you for a great stay!

Room was small but adequate...staff was excellent...cab service in time at 4 am.
