Hotel really close to Copenhagen central station. Has historical links to the station as it was the old conductors quarters. The rooms have been modernised but still hold the old wardrobes, elevators and turnstile main door. Wonderful breakfast and lovely staff

We found this hotel to be so perfect for our 2 night stay in Copenhagen. Super convenient location to Tivoli Gardens, train station and all the delightful shops, restaurants and pubs, specifically the Irish, Scottish and English pubs a block away that are very lovely at night. The hotel’s Art Deco style, the amazing Breakfast and chill lobby made this a very comfortable place to stay.

Great location. Breakfast was great but needed hash browns. Luggage storage was great. Staff were pleasant but I expected more. Took 15 minutes to get an iron, so just work on service but I would stay here again!

Close to the station and within walking distance of all the major city sites. Art deco style building with a wonderful history, a bit worn at the edges but it's a 3* hotel in the city centre. Lots of people mention the noise however it didn't bother us (and we slept with the windows open) Staff were really friendly and helpful. If I find myself in Copenhagen again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is centrally located, room is very small, the bathroom is minute, shower area is tiny and water falls outside shower since there is no proper shower curtain. I was very disappointed overall for the price I paid per night.

This hotel is 2 minutes away from the Central Station which was great. Our room was facing the bulevard so we needed earplugs( they are available at the desk) to be able to sleep. The train tracks are very closed to the hotel, so if you’re looking for a quiet hotel I would probably find a different place. The breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone: coffee, croissants, fresh bread, different assortments of meats and cheese and more.

This is an older hotel, and it shows a bit of wear and tear. But everything was perfectly comfortable, and it was rather charming. It is right next to the train station, and faces a very busy street on the other side, so it is pretty noisy, but with earplugs it was fine. There is a very nice breakfast served daily, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. There was a wardrobe to put stuff in. It is in a central location, lacking in charm, but easily walkable to everything of interest. I would recommend it.

Beautiful building, especially the loby. Rooms have atmosphere, love the original furniture, comfortable beds. I was just lacking a power socket next to the desk and fridge would be nice. Also the noise from the street and from the trains is quite significant in the morning. Breakfast was excellent - not unnecessarily complicated, but a bit of everything including nice choices of vegetables.

Very comfortable beds. Historic hotel - we really enjoyed learning about the building. Close to the train and metra. Walkable to museums and shopping. Breakfast was included, which is rare. There were plenty of options for food and plenty of seating. The bar is a part of the check-in area of the with plenty of drink choices. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. Easy check-in and out. Guests should be aware that this is a historic building, so great care has been made to update it but still keeping true to the building limitations.

Pros: Fantastic location, very convenient. Good consideration for security with door keys required late at night. Staff were absolutely lovely - and I am always impressed with people who can speak 2, 3, 4+ languages. The reception desk staff were great, so friendly and helpful, and the man on late shift good Friday was just an absolute gem, real compliment to the hotel. He came over and spoke with us whilst having a late evening glass and was just lovely. Also, the restaurant breakfast man - he is running a tight ship and absolutely cares about his area of work. Breakfast selection is wide and varied, plenty of choice to have a good start to the day. The tap wine on offer is what they say, high quality wine which does truly taste closer to the vineyard. Interesting history to the place, some fantastic "Easter eggs" of history facts dotted around the hotel. Cons: Being used to having a kettle, absence of a kettle is a little niggle. The little room bin could also have been emptied more frequently than 3 days. Had to also ask for another toilet roll and an extra towel for an extended stay. Curtains don't block much light so sleep is somewhat disturbed. They aren't blackout and leave some gaps to the sides and middle. If the hotel reads this - Overall, thank you for a great stay in Copenhagen (but please do look into curtains :D). Many compliments to your hard working friendly staff.

Very comfortable , historic hotel with really helpful staff. Happy hour from 4-5 was a bit early but we coped. Nice bed and we liked the individual duvets on the comfy double bed. Very convenient position and the occasional slight train noise didn't bother us at all. (didn't need the earplugs provided)
