Great place. Very helpful staf. And Very nice appartement but only Thing that was missing a Tv in the bedroom

This is a lovely alternative to traditional hotel stay, Small apartment experience in very nice surroundings.

Reception staff were unpleasant. The bonus perk I received after asking about it was one (booked for 2 adults) entry to a swimming pool. (In the middle of January)

Great location. Unique space

we stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. it was quiet and peaceful. the room was next to car park and on ground floor but we were not disturbed. apartment has plenty of blinds and ways to ventilate. we shopped at local supermarket to keep meal cost down. visited koldinghos and Legoland. also had a shopping day in town.

The apartment was very noisy, cars around the apartment starting in early morning disturbing our rest.

The apartments are fine for a short family stay, nothing special, ours was a bit tired, but perfectly functional. We were on the street side which was very noisy, had no view and didn’t have any privacy - so just be aware of that if you are booking (the room came with ear plugs so it is obviously an issue that the business knows about). It was nice having basic cleaning materials (such as washing up liquid) provided as standard. The pool is not attached to the apartments, it is a short walk away and must be paid as an extra. I feel like this is slightly hidden in the details, we also did not come across the playpark that is photographed - perhaps that is also offsite.

Very nice location for the Legoland and nice and morden /clean accommodation for family (with kids) well equipped kitchen. Kind and supportive/friendly staffs at front desk. I hope to stay next time at this Kolding hotel apartment.

Appartement style hotel with (in my room) a bunk bed and two single beds put together. Fully functional kitchen, fridge, and laundry available in another building. Small breakfast but very high quality, fresh bread and various meats and cheese to put on top. Free parking included which is a bonus. Good area as it's close to many different restaurants and a few bars, and a shopping mall is just 2.5km away.

Great location by the lake and castle. Lots of glass, a bit like being in a shop window.

This was my second time to stay here. The location is great, easy to walk to many places. Parking is extra but very reasonable. I prefer to stay in the free-standing units as they tend to be more quiet and I like the layout of the apartment better. Initially this trip, they put me in a unit that connected to the street side as well as the back side facing the parking lot. It was noisy facing the other units and noisy people below me, so I asked to be moved and they were able to accommodate me and move me to a free-standing unit. My stay was far more pleasant as a result. I was a single person and they put me in a 6 person unit which made no sense to me. The only noise was from the water birds squawking a few nights, but better birds than screaming kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were several extras like a shopping bag to borrow, coffee and filters and all the basics in the kitchen plus soap/shampoo in the shower; even a clothes line in the bathroom to hang up damp clothes from rainy days. I prepared my own breakfast/meals in the apartment so I cannot speak for the breakfast the hotel offers for a price in the mornings. The reception people were very friendly and helpful and they helped make my stay a good one. I will stay here again when I visit Kolding and highly recommend it to others. Also a great view of Koldinghus. Take advantage of the top deck look-out for spectacular pictures mornings and evenings of Koldinghus!

Great property. Great location on the main walk. Front desk guy was awesome. Very good English and very helpful. I’d definitely come back. Only issue Was I couldn’t find any AC. I don’t think it had any. I just opened the windows and it cooled down fine. I suppose that is the norm though. None of my stays here in Northern Europe had AC. Great Place.
