Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, although their pending refurbishment are needed as some fixtures are becoming aged. The general quality however was very good. The breakfast offers a large range and is all delicious. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our suite was perfect for 3 adults. The bathroom which included a bathtub and a shower was great. Room was cleaned daily and the staff friendly.
Breakfast was a bit pricy, but all in all a perfect stay.

Hotel next to shopping area, amazing bakeries and restaurants. Across from the Tivoli. Hotel is very clean and luxurious with spacious rooms and extremely comfortable king bed and pillows. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

Overall good. Well maintained overall and very helpful staff. Very clean. Great location. There were many positives that support the high rating. But there are 2 area that we were not happy with. There is no air-conditioning. We were sitting in our room sweating. We were given a different room. Staff confirmed the entire hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Next the wifi was terrible. You know it's bad when 4G is far superior. Travelers expect good wifi

On the 4th floor and had a phenomenal view of Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen City Hall. We were right around the corner from the Stroget shopping and about a 10 minute walk to Nyhavn.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location in the center heart of the city, a walk away from everything you need to do and see.
One problem is the NO A/C. It is not customary to have AC in hotel rooms in Scandinavia but, we were just at the beginning of the Hot Season and a portable fan given to us by the hotel did the job. Try to avoid Scandinavia and especially Europe in July & August as AC is not as common as in the US.
