The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!

The hotel is modern, nice big rooms, and well appointed. The hotel is well located (the hop off on bus stops right at the hotel) for restaurants in the area in addition to the two in the hotel. The hotel option breakfast is well worth it.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful, hotel is gorgeous from the room to the breakfast hall to the swimming pool. Easy to navigate the city from the hotel. Would a million percent stay again. Thank you to everyone at The Tivoli.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of variety and top quality. Room was clean and comfortable. Two issues: room safe wasn’t working properly and ultimately had to be replaced, and the elevators were very slow (only 2 of 4 seemed to be working). But the staff were truly outstanding. The restaurant staff, front desk and technicians working on the safe were all friendly and as helpful as could be. A very welcoming experience.

Let me start with Magnus at the front desk, he was a standout for my family at this hotel. Magnus was so helpful, professional, and friendly our one night stay at this hotel become 3 nights, as he made us feel so relaxed and welcome we refused to go to another hotel. Member at the concierge desk was also fantastic and helped with our short stay in Denmark. All the staff we encountered were great at the hotel and the rooms were nice, clean, air conditioned and comfortable for a good night sleep. The pool was nice for a relaxing break and to cool down during the warm weather. The kids loved the jumping pillow, kids room and bicycle hire. Next time in Denmark, we will definitely stay here again.

Definitely geared to younger kids. The rooms were beautiful as well as the bathrooms. Elevators were a bit small and slow. It also wasn't super convenient to many attractions

We were a bit worried about hotel given location but it was ideal Staff are fantastic, rooms were great and cleaning staff were beyond amazing. Lounge attendant was incredible and the 2nd floor restaurant was great value for money and staff were superb. Food was world class. The only downside would be the restaurant upstairs - sushi sticks (sp?) which was woeful on service and food. 100% skip / they were short staff so probably not hotels fault It’s such a big property but would be good to have hallways cleaner as often rubbish in hallway over the week there.
