Resort is beautiful, staff was amazing but mosquitoes and gnats were in my room.

Service was great. Walkable to all dining options. Good selection of food. Property was well maintained and clean. Beach area was good, each AM beached was cleaned of all seaweed etc. staff were all friendly and helpful. Multiple pool areas.

I loved that it was clean. Property was well manicured and located on the beach with several pool options. 3 pools on property. I did not like the food in the specialty restaurants. Buffett had more variety and was much tastier

Astonishing landscape and layout of the property. The birds and other animals were amazing. 3 huge pools. Beach was awesome. Plenty of chairs and space to sit. The merchants were borderline harassing. Food was decent. Did not enjoy that the buffet was closed when we were hungry. Drinks were mediocre. Very sweet and we always were served the low end alcohol even though the top grade alcohol was visible. The room was definitely cold and pretty much up to par. 2 rolls of toilet paper per day became an issue at one point. Front desk was not very helpful in getting us another roll. Would not recommend using the ATM due to outrageous rates. Overall we really enjoyed the property but some negative aspects did not sit well with us.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always spotless. The food was delicious with a great variety. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Food not so good but am a picky eater customer service could be a lot better . Most staff was very good . To many venders on resort harassing not just the beach , really waiting your day .

This was my first time at a resort and it wasn't too shabby. The resort is perfect in terms of stay, food, service, and entertainment when you can find what was going on. Wish they had mentioned they had a website/app at the start of our stay. The only things I didn't like was the bug bites from the property, sand flies, mosquitos, etc. Mine and my partners legs were ate up badly to the point we were not able to enjoy the last few days are the bite were really activated with the heat and the itch unbearable. Secondly, if items were priced extremely high at the shop. I forgot my sunscreen and went to purchase and it cost me $45 USD which is insane, so definitely do not forget this or you will be paying a bit. and lastly, they have a resort club on the property and they mislead us to thinking we were getting a tour of the property (which we never received), only to find out it was a ploy to try to sell us a membership through a point systems that didn't make any sense at all. I highly recommend just saying no. Once they start talking about a presentation just say no or someone will talk to you for about 90 minutes, just say no. Granted the woman who assigned is really good at her job, its a scam unfortunately. Other than that, it was such a lovely time, the staff are so nice, very accommodating, the buffet was lovely, the entertainment did it's job. Beautiful property, the pool was amazing, the beach also, 4/5 stars.
