This hotel was made with love and appreciation to art. We enjoyed our stay and how convenient it was its location (not close close to the airport but right next to a brand new mall). Thanks to all the wonderful staff that made our stay even better!

Very nice staff. Mall, spa and restaurants all with-in close proximity. Fuentre cigar bar was very nice. Great experience.

You couldn’t ask for a better hotel in Santiago, the rooms are big. The shower is pretty big and it has everything that you need to spend a perfect day in Santiago. It is adjacent to a brand, new mall and close to all the good restaurants.

I went ahead and spent more than $250 during my stay at restaurant and also room charges. I gave them my Hilton Honor membership in order to accumulate points and receptionist engage me and confirmed I will receive the points. Instead Hilton Honors rejected the points.

We love it. Is in the center of everything. Next to the biggest mall in Santiago.
Restaurants, service, clean, the pool are is beautiful and have a bar. Parking on the second floor of the mall you don’t need to pay ballet parking.
I Will Stay again with my family.

Nice new Hilton property. Called ahead of time to request car from valet. The car took 45 minutes to show up so took an Uber instead. Hotel shares parking garage with the adjacent mall. Never staying at this property again. If don’t have a car the stay should be fine.

Very nice brand new hotel, modern, convenient, great location; staff overall still a little off because its new. While food was pretty good, the waiting times were too much, at the restaurant and the pool area. Pool area is cute, but running out of any kind of beer after you have 2 was a bit disappointing, We try to understand everything still not in place, hope this helps getting them better as its a very nice hotel.
