Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

The property is very big. You have to take a shuttle everywhere. The food was amazing and the staff were very nice. The rooms amenitys didnt work very well. The toilet dont flush. The ac is my room didnt work good at all.

The kind of room I reserved was not what I was given. No communication on the change. Reception and Guest services never pick up the phone. Customer services is terrible they don’t care about any inconvenience they have caused. Food poisoning was the worst part of all. This is a complete downgrade from when I last visited this resort.

Room smelled moldy and had mold everywhere. Pool and beach area were nice. Drinks and food were good.

Me gustó la comida, tuve buena experiencia en los restaurantes que reservamos, nuestra habitación estuvo organizada y cerca del bar en la presidencial suites. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la playa queda bastante lejos y el bufet, había mucha gente y había que hacer mucha fila. También la piscina cerca de la playa le falta mantenimiento porque estaba sucia. La piscina del presidencial suites si estaba bastante limpia y fresca. Los tragos me gustaron, y el casino disfruté bastante, buenos tragos y el servicio muy bueno.

la estructura del resort es muy vieja, los AC casi no enfrian, falta de mantenimiento, fallas en el agua caliente, todo muy desactualizado, necesita remodelacion en TODO… la comida Excelente y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Food is salty and repetitive. Rude staff. Dirty beach No entertainment. Long check-in wait with no air. Unprofessional And rude. Denied a baby water! I had to walk a lot to get to the parking in the sun! Also too many pushy salesmen selling timeshares. The rooms were not clean. Floor and bed had sand. Housekeeper opened the door while we were sleeping twice. The beach towels had 8 holes. A lady was charged a lot because her baby accidentally peed on the mattress. They charge for lost bracelet.

Very clean, very nice service, friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend it. Angel Rivera was the best !!!

I went to this resort to have a nice time with my family since we were celebrating my little cousins birthday there. After checking in we were going to ask for our rooms but it took about 3 hours just to get our rooms because they weren’t ready. My aunt went to go make a reservation at a restaurant so we could celebrate his birthday there. The woman made many excuses saying that we weren’t going to stay more than 4 days so we couldn’t make any reservations. Instead she told us to celebrate the birthday at the buffet.The buffet is the worst part about this place. There isn’t diverse foods and isn’t really kid friendly if your child is very picky or isn’t a fond of the food there. Most or some of the food gave some of my family members very bad stomachaches or diarrhea. Which they would eat anything. Anything with red meat, fish, or any dairy products you should stay away from. The only good food came from the VIP section, which if you didn’t pay VIP you weren’t going to eat good food. The only pool your kids can go to is disgusting and has some holes in the bottom of the pool. The service is horrible and most staff didn’t treat my mother with respect. They lied to her face about the food and lied to her saying that there wasn’t any more pizza which she was getting for my brother and told her to leave. They later came out with pizza and my mom said that sue was going to wait for more pizza. The man there said to leave there was no pizza and told her to leave. He was very nasty

Tuvimos una estadía increíble. Todo fue excelente en relación al hotel, servicio, amabilidad, comida, etc. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente, pero no fue culpa del hotel, sino más bien de la agencia con la que reservamos. Definitivamente volveríamos a Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort. Inclusive siendo esta nuestra tercera vez alojándonos aquí.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. The hotel made me rent another room after being at the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation. They told me to call Expedia and that Expedia does this all the time and for me to rent through them. The rooms are disgusting and old the rest rooms are moldy. While at the hotel the employees would try to sell you time shares. Worst hotel I have gone.

Mold all over the room. A huge leak above my bed that leaked on me while i slept. And a huge leak above the toilet that leaked on me while using the toilet. I was told i couldnt change rooms.

Everything was horrible 😠 the staff was very rude, i wouldn’t recommend it 👎👎👎

Cleaning, the only problem was hot water, early in the morning and at night time, there was not hot water when needed early at 6:00 am.

It would be nice if they had different options for drinks. It was only one brand of alcohol at most of the bars. The staff were friendly. But the misleading timeshare style tour they give you is a bad move. They take half your day attempting to sell you property when you didn't ask to attend a meeting.

Excelente hospedaje, mi único problema fue el acceso al edificio donde estaba ubicado ya que no tenia rampa de acceso y tenia que cargar el andador del bebe
