Al.llegar cometí un error ya que en la bosmediano hay otro establecimiento qie no es nada a lo que yo había reservado por fortuna me di cuenta a tiempo y llegue al hotel ventanal de Bellavista que esta sobre pasaje lafayette y es como se muestra en las fotos

Service for the most part was very good - airport pick up & delivery was good; breakfast was good, room was as advertised however one staffer, on check out, was far more interested in the game on his phone than on solving the credit card processing . Young kids addicted to phones are a PAIN!

My arrival was unpleasant as my the staff had lost the reservation for one my rooms. The next day the hotel manager refunded our money without a hassle and apologized for the inconvenience. If the incident with the room hadn't happened it would have been an excellent experience.

A little difficult for our taxi driver to find and its far out of the centre so it's necessary to take taxis to go anywhere
Even though we booked a city view room, our room was on the bottom floor with no vistas - disappointing but the views from elsewhere in the hotel were beautiful
The breakfast was terrible- watered juice, stale bread and cold coffee - which was a shame because the hotel is in an extremely safe location, offers beautiful vistas and the cleanliness of the room and the strength of the wifi was brilliant. In addition, the laundry service was quick, cheap and efficient

Die Zimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat geleckt und der Boden war ständig nass. Es gab überall Schimmel an der Decke, ebenfalls war der Geruch eher eklig!
