Aura Resort Sidi Abdel Rahman - El Alamein

Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return.

Horrible, staff was terrible and would not rectify any issues we brought up.

Did not stay in the hotel at all and claimed my money from Expedia and have a case number and disappointed with Expedia to list such a hotel I had to pay 650 usd a night at the G hotel as it was the only one with available rooms on the 13 July when I refused to stay in Aura hotel due to hygiene issues

Friendly staff

We were satisfied by our stay. They room is clean & spacious, the staff are friendly. The hotel is basic not a luxurious one. Basic breakfast. Beach access at blumar was very nice.

Low profile

It was nice stay overall, parking slots were disaster as hotel not offer free parking slots and only valet parking is available which costs daily charges " weird " There are limited daily activities related to kids. Rooms are clean, Staff were helpful, Pools are nice.

Property is run down rooms below average I will never book this again

The property's location is great, but thats it.

It's calm and clean You miss the see view the property is on the run way but they offer vans to drop you on the beach

Everything went well except only that I didn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes and flying insects noting that I kept the balcony door closed all day during my stay !!

Hotel rooms were good but the management and the service of the hotel was terrible. There was no adequate number of staff in the hotel.. so it took ages to have any kind of service.. No clean towels are available at the pool area most of the time.. no shuttle bus to the beach and no towels at the beach at all!! Food was really disappointing. No bakery in the breakfast. Quality and variety of the food items was not good. Only one waiter is available to serve in the restaurant. We made many complains about the breakfast just to provide proper bread and cake but nothing happened. No menu for the dinner to order from as no staff available to prepare the food!! I visited the hotel before last summer and it was very good. But this visit was really disappointing..and i will not visit it again after this bad experience..

The hotel is nice and location is good. It is not on the beach directly but there is a shuttle that can take you there. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Food isn’t the best but not that bad either.

I had a wonderful trip with my father. The price was great value for what we got. The room and the service were great and the staff is very nice. Will definitely be coming back many times again.

Good location and spacious clean rooms, stafd is friendly and the food of good quality

The room service are too slow, if they even respond to the room calls. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the price is very reasonable.
