This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$

- One has to walk for long to reach sea swimming and snorkeling spots. Not convenient very specially for elderly guests.
- Too many stairs to reach the restaurant or reception. Mind the room location for the elderly guests
- Bad golf car rental service. Faulty cars (not sure if this is controlled by the hotel or not)
