We had a junior suite with a balcony and Club Lounge access. The room, staff and amenities were excellent. The only very slight moan was that we received a message from the hotel the day before saying the room would likely be ready at 2.30, we arrived at 3pm and it wasn’t ready, but we were able to make use of the Club Lounge facility. We would definitely stay again!

The room, sheets, and towels were clean. The closet was also clean. The outside windows were quite dusty, and you could see some insects trapped on the outside. It’s unfortunate that the room and wallway have thick carpets, since these tend to keep more dust.

Generally would be a solid hotel, but in the summer months in a heat wave in London, it's really tough to give a good review when the 5th floor rooms are hotter than outside and the air conditioning barely works.
