My room was clean, comfortable & spacious but I found it a little noisy as the hotel is near a main road & it was a Friday night.

The hotel room was basic, but clean, and fine for what we needed.

Amazing customer service . This was booked for an elderly relative who had to move rooms on 3rd date (own choice). Unfortunately she forgot to check out but the staff made sure all her belongings were moved safely into the new room and out in correct place until she returned that evening.

Housekeeping staff were fantastic especially as we were there aonth in total due to an emergency

The rooms,was clean ,and made up nice next day gor you,sadly a little cold ,and,was hard how to put the heating on ,breakfast prices ,was very good nice and hot .

Great room for price. Reception for hotel in busy pub and not manned on check out but lovely service on check in.

I knocked a star off the facilities for the wet room and that was for issues that are of my personal preferences only. I would have liked a toilet brush (I do not expect anyone to clean up after me if I soil the toilet bowl) and also a bath mat (although being a room for disabled people some would say that would be a trip hazard). Another very minor issue was the shower head holder would not tighten properly and if knocked lightly it would fall down. Not a huge problem just a minor irritation. The room was very good, spacious and clean The staff were very friendly and efficient Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast

I visited here for a one night stay and requested a quiet room prior to booking. On check-in, located in the main pub area - it was quick and simple. Unfortunately I was placed in a room right next to the main road which I learned was busy most of the night. The bed was comfortable but had an uninterrupted night sleep due to pub patrons entering/leaving noisily, car doors opening/closing, general street noise. I was awake at 0315 and could not return back to sleep. I could not check out in the traditional sense as there was no-one at reception in the separate hotel building and the pub across the road was closed (0630). There was also a significant leak in my room and had no opportunity to report this on leaving. I am not sure I would stay here again
