Crowne Plaza NOTTINGHAM by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Loved it, cant wait to return. Nice clean room. Good breakfast and drinks in the bar. Only thing which is being really picky, staircase leading to reception. Us and and another couple ended up in unauthorised area, maybe needs better signage. Probably our eyesight though. Will return

The hotel was lovely unfortunately parts of Nottingham suffered like so many cities with homeless people. Being in a city there is no outdoor space or views to speak of but very nice hotel and staff were good. Parking on site was an asset although at £18 per night a little expensive. Our standard room was adequate and the bed was large and comfortable. Would have preferreed a freestanding shower but they do state whn booking all showers are over the bath. The toilet handle was loose and required regrouting but otherwis the stay was very enjoyable.

The club lounge access was useful and the room was generous and spacious. The shower could do with a bit of TLC/modernising but it was clean

The bar and lounge area was fantastic, very atmospheric and comfortable

The team here are exceptional especially the front desk team. I want to say Grace but it may have been Gemma (bad memory) however the lady was exceptional. Thank you for a great stay

Fab stay

I had emailed twice (no response) and called ahead requesting an early check in. I spoke to someone who said I could have one for an additional £30. When we arrived this was not in the system so we had to downgrade the room (I wasn’t charged for the upgrade). Not the end of the world but poor service. When we went to our room I noticed that there was only one set of towels (there were 2 of us). I asked one of the maids working on the floor to put another set in the room but when I came to have a shower in the morning, realised that she hadn’t. When we checked out we were directed by the receptionist to the lift to the carpark - when we got to it, it was out of service and we had to walk up 6 flights with all our bags. If we’d been warned in advance we could have collected the luggage once we had picked up the car. None of these things are huge deals but the overall impression of the service and hotel was that staff were a bit slapdash and not committed to good customer service. The bed was comfortable and the receptionist who checked us in was friendly.

Not worth what they are charging for such a small basic room and the bar is awful

This is the best hotel we have ever had in Nottingham always go back . Staff the best always happy always cleaning and helpful . Car park perfect and spa so clean

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay hotel was very clean room was also had a very restful sleep bed very comfy . Breakfast was hot and plentiful staff very nice. overall a very nice stay would definitely return.

Really excellent, friendly staff. Clean room with very comfortable beds. Kettle in room, which is always appreciated.

Was lovely Hôtel, we had a day in the spa as well. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

We loved everything about the hotel room and staff except for one thing, there is supposed to to a coffee maker in all rooms and we just got a kettle that didn't have a plug socket near by so you had to either plug it in on the floor or on the small bedside table. Its a small issue but having a coffee maker in the room can sway our choice of hotel.
