Good location, comfy beds. No plug sockets near any beds at all.
Extremely disappointed as Paid for breakfast for me and my daughter, only to find out they don't do a hot breakfast of any kind, which was not detailed before booking, definitely not worth the extra money for a cold breakfast which we didn't have. Will not be booking at this place again

The hotel was passable, and if it wasn't for the staff it would be a negative review. Rooms needs updating, a TV bigger than a large laptop would be nice. Some suitcase stands would be nice. Some softer pillows are needed.

The hotel itself was fair. We have stayed previously. However, we are a family of 5 (youngest is 4) and we had to pay for two rooms. It was stated when booking “two rooms for £45 per night” I took this to mean for the two together not per room per night so this doubled our expense. I did inquire if we needed the second room as my youngest would sleep in with us and there was a trundle bed in the one room that we could use for my other two children. We were told no. We didn’t use the second room at all, only to get some more milk and coffee as ours were not topped up. Other than that it was pretty surplus meaning we paid over £200 for a room we didn’t use. Not very impressed as with 3 children and a weekend away it is already expensive without needing to pay for another room that we simply did not need

Disappointed with the smell of unusual ‘tobacco’ smell despite there being signs regarding no-smoking in the building. Perhaps someone was too high or not bothered enough to care.

My family and I had a lovely stay, the motorway is slightly noisy at night so ear plugs may be needed.
Beds were comfortable and the pizzas were amazing!
The only downside is that we didn’t know about the £5 per night parking charge.
For visiting Alton towers this hotel was perfect for us :)
