This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. Unmanned reception but codes for entry were sent in good time and it was self explanatory. Probably wouldnt stay for a long holiday (unless on a very tight budget) but for what I paid it was perfect. Parking out front and I didnt have any issues getting a space.

We stayed for the weekend in hotel, all went smoothly:) nice clean room, we slept like babies. If you get lucky you may park at the hotel, not a lot of spaces though but that’s not a big problem as car park is literally opposite hotel. Communication with hotel 5 , lady I was talking with she was brilliant. We left all nice and tidy as it was when we came. Not sure why people put bad reviews as don’t get me wrong what do you expect from hotel if it’s not 5*. We absolutely enjoyed being there. 20 minutes walk to town and , opposite hotel you can have walk to the beach. We recommend.

Have stayed in a handful of rooms and its an absolutely dispicably disgusting place. It is not cleaned at all. The most they seem to do is if you're lucky change the sheets. Floors are stained and filthy, walls are stained, filthy and covered in dust. Some room ceilings leak, some are openly damaged because of that. Have been feasted on by bedbugs whilst there. Broken doors, door codes to all rooms permanently stay the same so it's unsafe. Some radiators don't turn on when cold and some never turn off when hot, as surprise surprise BROKEN. broken fixtures, broken old furniture that looks like it's just been shifted between rooms over time. Have had blocked sinks, thick pee rings on floor around bottom of toilet. No mirrors in some bathrooms, no bins in rooms. a fair bit of mold in some. You may get a microwave, fridge mug and towel but forget the basics needed to use them. Horrible smells. People smoking weed etc alot so there is always an aroma. Arguing drug addicts. No Housekeeping and the manager/owner doesn't care a single bit about the place. When you arrive there is a room with a broken window half boarded up that they've left for the pigeons to now live in. Could go on and on. Absolute dirty doss hole and I'm not one bit being dramatic. Do not give these people you're money wherever it might be a little cheaper than some others sometimes. Literally anywhere else, I can guarantee you is nicer, even if not all that great itself. Needs to be shut down and the owner invest

I have been staying at hotels around the world but I have never experienced something so fascinating as the hotelier trying to make their patrons stay so comfortable. Gosh they added a microwave, fridge, heater etc. all for a dirt cheap price. Good on you. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Hope your endeavours are a great success and I am sure that you will get many patrons we will certainly be back. We have never stayed in a hotel like this before but we will be supporting you in future. Thanks

This hotel turned out to be a contractor hotel where working people stay while doing jobs in the area, I cannot complain because of the very low price for a room in the main holiday season and right on the sea front too. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, had a fridge microwave and shower, bed was comfortable but bring extra pillows if you need more than one each. You have to bring your own cups and tea coffee as it's not provided, I did check and it doesn't say these are provided so that was an error on my part. Hotel is a bit maze like with it's corridors but once you find your room it's easy to navigate your way back.

Firstly its advertised as hotel but its a hostel. And cleanliness did not exist, i had to ask them to change the bedding as i still could smell BO of the previous person and saw their hair on the pillow. Bed was wobbly and week i thiught it will break while im sleep. Very poor conditions over all , no soap or shampoo was provided. I saw a crack pipe outside my bedroom window on the terrace , really disgusting, could not sleep all night

Disgusting doss hole with leaking floors. Mold, blood stains. Lack of furniture of which most is dirty. Broken doors, THEY DONT CHANGE THE CODES TO ROOMS also. Lots of disturbances from heavy drug addicts. Have had broken showers, blocked sinks, told to hoover myself. One room was soaked because the room above flooded and still got put in there. Some have no mirrors in bathrooms. The walls are VERY THIN so you can hear everything. They will take your money and when you complain lie and say no everythings fine and for some incredulous reason are belived. They have a broken window when you first arrive which is home for the local pideons. Some Radiators that are on full blast during the summer in small rooms. And thats not the end of it. Holes in walls, broken fixtures and have had pee rings around the floor of toilets. Its a cash grab a scam and an insult. AVOID. you categorically wont get a refund or be compensated.

This place needs shutting down. An absolute disgrace. The bed had what looked like shards of glass in it. Everywhere was dirty. The toilet still had poo in it. Room clearly had never been cleaned.

It is a good place to be if you need to store and reheat some of your food (it has a microwave). However, you may be stuck using one bedsheet throughout your stay if you are staying for over 7 days
