The apartment we stay is was much larger than expected. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were very welcoming.

Beach view was good although from a small window at the top of the building. The room had been recently refurbished and was a really good size. The young man in reception was very welcoming and friendly. A good stay for a very reasonable price. Shower base needs some attention .

The room we requested wasn't available due to a guest extending their stay.
But we were given options that suited us.
Our room was nice. Unfortunately the upstairs guests were noisy, no fault of the hotel, we mentioned it and they said if it got too bad they'd have a word.
We frequently stay as we like the hotel, love the seaview and have always found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Look forward to returning soon.

We had a fantastic sea view, large TV, comfy bed and a good shower. The room was a little basic, but clean, warm and recently refurbished/moderized. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful. The shower could perhaps do with a deep cleanse around the base area. Overall though this was very good value for money (continental breakfast just £5!) and we would definitely come back. Thanks.

The carpets weren’t clean , the cups I washed before I could use them, there was makeup on the quilt cover , and the shower cubicle was black . All in all not a nice experience. I wouldn’t go there again.

We booked a deluxe room but it was really only standard a bit grubby to be honest as was the bathroom, the shower cubicle was a bit weird as it didn’t have a visible plug hole but a wooden flooring piece which allowed the water to soak away around the edges .
The staff it has to be said were very polite and helpful.
I wouldn’t personally book this property again although the view of the beach and sea and the bay was spectacular.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, good selection of coffee and tea.
Clean towels left for us however there are no hooks anywhere on any walls, doors or in the bathroom to be able to hang them to dry after use.
We didnt have a view, as we had a back room, we only stayed one night as we were travelling through. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and the downstairs bar area looked very pleasant but we didnt use it ourselves.
We would stay here again for an overnight break.

Carpet stained and dirty, the photos are from the part of the hotel that is being renovated. Tired hotel in need of an overhaul. Noisy guests running around at night, and night time entertainment stopped us getting to sleep
