Our room was lovely, and the house hotel is absolutely stunning. From here, we could see CatBells Mountain and Fitz Park, where people were playing golf. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking is right next to the building. All are excellent.

This is an absolutely delightful B&B. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommended! The location is great - so many walkable options (Lake, Food, Town, Activities). The property is extremely well decorated and maintained to a high level of cleanliness. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, check-in, breakfast, evening drinks and check-out - consistently great! The breakfast was fantastic- quality ingredients, cooked fresh to order. Looking at ‘even better’ points - which do not detract from the fantastic offering but would continue to elevate a stay would be 1. Shower Caps in the bathroom 2. Priority dining reservations at the Fellpack restaurant 3. Fellpack Restaurant dining meal options (discount for residents or deals)

Really friendly staff, breakfast was lovely, fresh and tasty. Amazing views from the dining room. Staff kindly let us park our mountain bikes in the boot room Only one side window in the room so it was a little dark. Bathroom quite small- not an issue for us though really

This hotel was fantastic. Boutique and cosy. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the bed is really comfy. Breakfast is top notch and love all the little touches you get with breakfast and in the room. Highly recommend and will definitely return

Loved it from start to finish. The stuff I credit to the place. Friendly and professional but really make you feel welcome overall. The hotel is finished to an extremely high standard with every amenity that you need. Our bed was super comfy and our room was immaculate. Breakfast was amazing, simply 10 out of 10. We will be returning.
