Fraser Suites is one of our favorite places to stay. The hospitality is amazing. And the location near Gloucester made it so easy to take the Underground, grab somw groceries, and we even dined nearby a few nights at fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with the hotel and room. It was a suite at street level and was quiet, spacious, clean and had well functioning AC on the hot days we were there. I'm glad I selected it. It's very close to Natural History and V&A Museums, as well as a grocery and tube station. The only minor thing I'd change is to offer some hot food at breakfast.

Location of property was excellent. Short walk from the Gloucester Road tube station. Many shops, restaurants, and markets nearby. My room at the hotel was excellent. It was large had a kitchenette area. Laundry facilities available at no cost. Continental breakfast available. Staff is very friendly and helpful' Enjoyed my stay very much.

The Studio apartment was spacious and bright with 5 big windows and high ceilings. It was very quiet with hardly any noise from other guests.
The kitchen was well equipped and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and always lots of hot water.
Some coat hooks near the entry door would be useful!?

It was good in general. The front staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. There were only a couple of issues: one was the fan above our cooktop didn’t work and as a result, we set off the smoke detector when we were cooking. Another issue was the laundry machine in the unit smelled like mildew so we didn’t use it and had to use the one down in the basement. Finally, the lights in the elevator were out one night so we had to use our phones to see.

We stayed at Fraser Suites Queens Gate for 2 nights. The entire stay was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely terrace, which we enjoyed. The hotel has many sensible amenities; a luggage scale, easy access to book transport to the airport, and the ability to rent luxury umbrellas if needed. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. There is a supermarket very close to the suites and a variety of restaurants. It's also very close to Gloucester Road tube. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Nice property in close proximity to Kensington Gardens, the Natural History Museum, the Victoria Albert Museum and London transit. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Staff was also helpful during our week long stay.

We checked in later at night, but the staff made the process very smooth and even provided us a free room upgrade since we were 4 friends traveling together. We immensely appreciated having the extra space to place our luggages. They also gave us wonderful recommendations on what to do in town!
The area is definitely more quiet than the city center, but the tradeoff is the gorgeous architecture. All the houses nearby were beautiful, including Fraser Suites itself! The hotel had many amenities, but the most unique one would be the luggage scale for guests to weigh their suitcases prior to the airport! Our unit also had an in-unit w/d, which was nice (although the dryer did not dry that well). Highly recommend staying here!
