Hotels.com verified review

No AC but fan was provided, it was very hot so had keep all windows open. Property is next to a community centre so very noisy all the time. Coffee machine and kettle was provided but no coffee pods or tea bags provided. I have reached to guestready support team but advised that I should buy from nearby shop. I am not sure how they are expecting that guest will carry coffee pods for the coffee machine brand they have put in the property. Check out time was 11am but got an email night before that I need to check out by 8am as cleaning staff will arrive at that time. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there. Property is clean, very compact but dreadful customer service.
