Hampton by Hilton Bath City

Nice hotel but nothing exceptional and i would say Premier inn as good

Front desk staff was friendly. Great offerings on the breakfast buffet. Room was very clean. Bath is a very walkable city and hotel was convenient to the Abbey, the Spa, Jane Austin Museum, and the mayor's free walking tour start point.

Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location. The room was comfortable with a great bathroom. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Would definitely stay there again

We always use this hotel! So convenient and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is always fabulous.

Nice and central, modern and clean. Great value for money. Easy parking a short walk that is discounted by the hotel.

Hampton by Hilton in Bath was a cut above the usual Premier Inn we tend to stay in. Very clean, room comfortable (with 2 pillows per person, we didn't have to ask or find another), and friendly staff. That said, the towels were rock hard and starting to wear: minor, but noticeable, compared to everything else. The location is good, except no possibility of on-site parking. You do get a discount for the local car parks, by inputting your car reg on a machine in the foyer - but it's not advertised particularly well. Otherwise, the compact Bath city centre is within easy reach, with no more than a 10-15 minute walk to get anywhere you want to go: plenty of restaurants and the Roman Baths and Abbey within 5-10 minutes.

Great location for a city stay. Could leave bags too.

Beautiful hotel, would highly recommend

I arrived at 2pm and the receptionist said my room was ready and I had been upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was lovely and the sofa area was a great feature. The shower was really nice too. Breakfast was decent. The waffles were lovely. Orange juice wasn't great but the breakfast was "free" so overall very happy. They offer a simple menu with pasta, burgers and pizza. However it is over priced. I ordered on uber eats one night and collected from the nearby nandos on night 2. Location was ideal. Short walk from the train station. Also a bus stop right outside the hotel which the hop on hop off bus also stops at for anyone wanting to explore that way. Check out was fuss free.

Everything we wanted to see and visit was within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Only downside to this is the lack of space to have breakfast as it seemed like everyone was there at the same time.
