We were in a room next to the cleaners cupboard and from around 7am every couple of minutes all we could hear was the door slam… quite wanted a lye in after a late night. The room temperature was all over the place, one second freezing, the next boiling.

Room was fine, breakfast was good vs what I'm familiar with in Lon. Everything needed I had in the room and it was fine. As usual rooms are a bit small in Lon, but again, was fine. Only thing for improvm6is better outlet locations and should be in better condition

Clean and reasonably located. Close to central line. Can get anywhere within 30mins with public transportation. Utilitarian if that’s what you are looking for. Kind of old and showing its age. Not a lot of amenities eg no place to sit back and relax after a long day.

The door to the toilet didn’t work, we reported it but alas wasn’t mended. The Ac was very noisy and didn’t seem to be working all night. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff pleasant.

Would have been a great 20 years ago but simply doesn't stack in these days compared to the new and upcoming brands. Air conditioning didn't work on a day that it was 35 degrees, didn't sleep all night because of it. The TV was something out of the arc and the room needs serious updating.

We experienced really lovely service from the staff on the front desk and the hotel is in a really good location. The only downside is the hotel rooms are very small. I was disappointed that the phone within our room was not working. Also, the air conditioning was very loud and not the best.
