Holiday Inn AYLESBURY, an IHG Hotel

A comfortable, friendly hotel.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. Although somewhat outside the town, it still seems to be a focal point for locals. It covers a huge area and, on both occasions, our rooms were a fair step from the reception but the room was spacious clean and well maintained. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning actually worked. The breakfast selection was extensive and well provisioned. Lots of parking at a reasonable cost. All in all, highly recommended

Two 2 bags 2 coffee and i decaffeinated 2 white sugar 2 brown and 2 milk and 2 sweetners. Inadequate amount for 2 drinks at night and 2 in the morning. Not happy. A couple of packets of biscuits wouldn't have gone amiss either.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, room was very spacious and clean. There should be the choice in bedrooms for a slip mat to go in the bath. I also feel that the ability to choose a teabag for personal use in bed room would be welcome as well would access to a Sunday paper. I think a 5 might then be earned.

Average. Easy check in. Irritating additional parking charge - park opposite and walk over. Internet only good for one device at a time - have to pay extra for more. Book direct on Holiday Inn website - 20% cheaper than Hotels.com

Easy access to what we had booked to do

Nice bright smart hotel, very convenient to get to the theater & town. Friendly staff especially lady in the bar. Nice lunch & good choice. Gym was good but pool was too crowded so didnt use it. Room was fine but very cold when we arrived but fine after adjusting heating, bed was a bit hard for us but thats personal preference. Breakfast usual buffet style but was a good start to the day. I would stay again.

Friendly welcome. Hôtel is clean and bright. Room is large and beds very comfortable.

Great area, lovely location and the property is great too! Great fitness center and pool, and decent breakfast options too! Worth visiting!

Great service and great room with comfy bed

Great hotel. Have stayed a number of times. Only new change is you now have to pay to park here £5 per night.

What a lovely experience way above and beyond expectations for a very quick stopover between golf rounds. Staff all so polite and friendly, whole place looks clean and fresh, beds super comfy and can’t believe what a great night we had.

Top of the range hotel.

We stayed for 4 weeks whilst working in the area and honestly cannot find any fault with this hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly especially the ladies (Nicky & Laura) at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent every morning, lots of variety and the cooked selection was always hot and good quality. The leisure facility was a nice bonus after a hard days work to chill and unwind. The members were all friendly to hotel guests too. Our room was perfect, beautifully clean and serviced every day, with a huge comfy bed and plenty of space for all our things for a 5 day stay. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is really great, so thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile, it really is appreciated.

Good

A comfortable, convenient place to stay after a gig at the Waterside theatre. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking and a quiet location. The staff were all very attentive & efficient, with quick & easy checking in & out process. The cooked breakfast was plentiful, being a self service buffet. We didn't make use of the spa/gym facilities but this would be a welcome addition if it's your thing.

Great hotel for a family stay. The condition of the hotel decor and furnishings were great. Food was nice too, especially the great selection at Breakfast with just about everything you’d want. Recommend to stay and close to local zoos, etc
