Staff at the Holiday Inn were very courteous but we only had a few hours there as we were visiting family. Very comfortable nonetheless

Very pleasant helpful staff

Staff were lovely but the hotel is very dated. The carpets are really dirty and the bedding was awful especially the lumpy pillows. Good location and local amenities though

The greeting we received on arrival at 9.30pm from the night reception team was friendly and helpful we enjoyed a selection on hot food in the bar area with really comfortable sofas. The room was perfectly clean but the bed was quite hard I requested an extra duvet to use as a topper and this was delivered to the room quickly. Good nights sleep quiet hotel. Breakfast was delicious and hot very clean and again friendly catering team. Overall we had a lovely one nights stay made to feel relaxed and welcoming because all of the staff were so friendly makes all the difference.

Only one night but all was very good and the choice for breakfast was super

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very professional, polite and efficient. The drainage from my room and the room next door was very noisy. Hot breakfast was limited for vegetarians.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the guy that is at reception in the morning. Food was great and train station right beside the hotel.
