Very nice stay staff were great very clean and comfortable and lovely and Quiet

good central location /parking on site was easy the only chair in the room 15 was in a disgusting state with large stains all over the seating area (possibly blood etc ) this needs to be replaced or removed

arrangements were made for oxygen to be delivered to our room and this was all taken care of by the supplier and staff. the staff were all extremely helpful and caring. nothing was too much trouble, the staff could not do enough to help. thank you to everyone who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable

Room on 2nd floor and subsequent move to 3rd floor were both disappointing, they both need a thorough deep clean of the carpets and the orange chair in the 3rd floor was disgustingly dirty, unable to go anywhere near it due to huge brown stain. So I had to sit on the bed. The 3rd floor room was very cold and I was unable to sleep. I have Diabetes and unable to tolerate rooms which are cold. The shower area did not look visually clean so I did not have a shower, the sink was blocked so I had to brush my teeth over the toilet!! I was very unhappy with my stay I should have booked a Travelodge ..not! So I won’t be staying there again as the rooms are a let down and beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, and very helpful

The room was nice, staff fantastic. What annoyed me was there was air con in the room but not working. I asked to be moved and reception said they will get back to me. Guess what they didn’t. I had to sleep in a room with no air con and had an awful sleep as I felt too hot and had to lay over the bedding.

The staff were excellent. The grounds are well kept and peaceful, and although close to a main road it was a pleasure to sit outside. Well done Karen on the front desk for going the extra mile.

Budget hotel stay, carpets need changing in rooms, basic food; not much to choose from.

Getting a drink at the bar was preceded by being ignored for 5 minutes before the only helpful member of staff came out of the office and served two of us that had been waiting.

Dated tv in room with lines running down the screen - needs replacing . Shower tired , low water pressure Food average and small portions

Convenient for our shopping trip to Bluewater. Clean room air on not working Good choice at breakfast

Check in was seamless. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and we had options to select from. The only downside to it was the toilet in the room we had wasn’t flushing properly. We complained about it and we got moved to another room which was really impressive. Overall it’s a 9/10 for the amount we paid.

Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, A very enjoyable stay.
