We had an issue with our first room (smelled of smoke) which was resolved quickly. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

it's an airport hotel so I wasn't expecting much; people aren't staying for the views or convenient access to London. that said after a long couple of weeks of traveling we needed a place before catching a flight home and the hotel was perfect. staff was really friendly -getting us 2 adjacent rooms for our kids and providing extra sheets for pull outs. breakfast was great and we were very happy with the experience.

The best aspect of our visit was our interaction with the staff from check-in to the restaurant. Team leader Aliston is awesome and on the fast track to being manager. Don’t stay at the airport when you can get the same quality here for half the price just a short Uber from the terminal.

The hotel is very handy for LHR, and eay to access. The bedrooms are comfortable though ours had a high sided bath/shower which was tricky to get out of. Restaurant food was good though the choice is not quit as giod as it used to be.

It’s clean and close to the terminals. Probably around 5 minutes by a taxi. This is the main reason why people are staying there. Food is adequate but a bit pricey and need to wait a bit longer due to busyness. Overall it’s a good stay if you have an early flight.

Our first room had a very strong mouldy smell. The staff was quick to rectify the situation and found us another room. The other room did not have any smells, so that was good. We did find the hallways to be quite noisy with people running around and yelling at midnight. A bit difficult for those trying to get some sleep.

At first glance, the hotel seemed very good. Once inside, all carpets were pretty dirty and there was a certain odor. The first room we were given didn’t have a working AC. The second room we were given seemed like someone had been in there. The staff
