Disbled parking is taken up by vistors that dont have blue badges or a disability, and often blocked by parents dropping off kids to hockey, gymnastics or football. When a complaint was raised i was told there is nothing they can do about it. Food in the cafe is over priced, breakfast is a joke with runny scrambled eggs, under cooked bacon, and various foods removed because its been deemed "unhealthy" like black pudding (yet fatty bacon and greasy sausages are fine) You might want to actually learn about nutrition rather than blindly assume. Each time i have stayed they have been late opening the doors for breakfast. Some desk staff are abrupt and unhelpful. Mouldy showers. No power sockets near the beds.

Our room was basic but spotlessly clean. Had a great night's sleep on very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Would definitely return

Big, clean room with everything we need. Food at dinner and breakfast very good. Only slight criticism would be that the double bed could be a bit bigger, we're used to a king size

Really interesting place to stay. Once it’s something different from the norm. The facilities were great, as in the gym.

Not a great stay, a very tired room, peeling paint, mould and generally dusty, with lack of people to guide you in the maze of the complex. I've stayed here a few times, others stays were pretty good, but on this occasion, the room given was below par.

The staff do not know about timings and the breakfast staff were very rude and agressive

Bathroom wasn’t clean no offer of new towels on a 4day stay , dead bugs in lights above bed , no bed side lamp No refill on coffee etc No AC Really poor stay No window to any natual light just to old room like gym which leaks water

Fantastic stay, everything was excellent.

Ended up in what I can only describe as the dorms. Room was pretty baisc i thought for the cost of it. Breakfast was served like a school canteen fasion....again for the price expected more.

Stayed here a few time, staying again next month. Clean and tidy great view this time. Room was right temperature.

Beautiful grounds, stayed in Kent hall, clean, had everything needed. Great stay

Comfortable accommodation Signage is poor so arriving in the dark makes it hard to find where to go. Lots of steps to accommodation. Electric cars charging was a huge bonus Great selection of breakfast items

Bedroom needs renovation especially the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and highly recommended along with the grounds which are superb.

I've stopped at Lilleshall a couple of times now, both times in block K accomodation, which are decent enough rooms, the restarant in the old hall always has some nice food being served, although the restaurant is not huge, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Lovely rooms Altogether a good visit

Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Reception staff not very accommodating.... We had to leave early on our departure day so we would miss our breakfast. We heard another guest also in our position order an early breakfast pack. I asked and was told it was prebook only. This was at 4pm. Receptionist didn't even find out if it would be possible. Just a short abrupt response... A member of our party later heard and saw somebody else appear to arrange an early breakfast box. Just thought it was a bit poor and didn't feel very welcomed, but bar staff/snack bar staff were lovely and attentive. Also water pressure in our room wasn't good, a dribble out of the sink taps.

Great stay. Super friendly team working there. Left something behind in the room and the team couldn’t have been more helpful in getting it back to me.

Lacks a little personality for a couple stay, more suited to work where a clean, tidy, quiet and functional stay is needed.
