Arrived at 3pm on the dot for check-in and the gentleman on reception gave a very friendly welcome and gave us the hotel run down. Needed an iron, he said yep no problem! Room was gorgeous, clean and well equipped!

Rooms were clean, comfortable and location was amazing. Very good value for money. We will definitely use this hotel in future when visiting London. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to Paddington station and underground.

Found it to be exceptional quality of hotel I would expect for the area/star rating of hotel/price. It was clean, quiet, pleasant. No frills but nothing bad or concerning either. I come to London 4 times a year, and would certainly stay here again.

There were no staff on checkin just an email telling you what to do which I received quite late. I did ask them a question about door lock via email after trying to ring but noone replied. The Tv did not work at all and the internet kept going off too. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Could not believe how little space there was around the double bed in the room I stayed. Would have felt even more cramped had my wife been with me, at best 2 feet all sides of bed. Even the ensuite door would only open a quarter of the way as the bed was in the way! Double room I stayed in was really meant for a single bed but hoteliers like to get a double bed in so that they can charge more. Double room I stayed in was really meant for a single bed. On top of that got a terrible night's sleep as mattress was worn out and the springs dug into me all night ! Also a big faff with all the door codes (one needed for building next door and for room) - much better to have someone on reception as after working all day it really was jarring. Won't be staying again.

The room was clean. The building is older, and there was a old water smell in the room, not unexpected and not very pleasant.
My main concern was that the front door which is equipped with a coded lock did not close properly and was consistently not secure. The neighborhood feels very safe, so it was not a severe concern.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Please note that there is not staff present on the premises 24/7.

STARTING WITH CHECKING IN THE LADY COULDN'T FIND MY KEY AFTER RUMAGING THROUGH SERVAL BOXES. SHE EVENTUALLY FOUND IT. AL SO TALK TO OTHER STAFF THE WHOLE TIME IN A LANGUAGE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND.
THE ROOM WAS FREEZING HEATING CLERY WASN'T WORKING. BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL. TINY SPACE BETWEEN THE TOILET AND THE SINK COULD JUST ABOUT FIT IN THE GAP. VERY CROPROPOBIC. TV DIDN'T WORK HOWEVER THIS WAS FIXED AFTER I CONPLANED. THEN ON MY FINAL NIGHT AT ABOUT 10PM JUST AS I WAS GETTING REDY BED A FIMLY OF THREE CAME IN TO MY ROOM. SAYING THAT HAD A RESERVATION. IN MY SINGLE ROOM. THEY PHONED SOMBODY IN THE END AND SORTRD IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Check-in process was HORRIBLE and the entire hotel is unreachable. My friends and I were waiting outside and calling/messaging the hotel for over an hour before our check-in information was finally sent. It appears as though no one works at reception, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t send check-in info at the time of check-in. Would not recommend.
