Scarisbrick Hotel

Rooms ok staff friendly entertainment good .but after entertainment went off music carried on untill early morning disrupting sleep in back.bedroom .front one would be better. Oerall stay was good.

Nice spacious room

Hotel was ok, staff helpful but it was incredibly noisy from the bar next door. Could be heard clearly even with windows shut. We had very little sleep

Great staff. Ample breakfast. Perfect for a short stay like we did. Impossible to find fault. The staff were very attentive

Walking distance for everything we required.

We checked in a little earlier than was stated, which was great. Room was fine, bed a little too hard for me, but that's personal choice. Only downside was the club opposite played very loud music until the early hours so couldn't sleep. This was a Saturday night though.

Just spent one night in. Did not observe details. Nothing major. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was fine. 80’s decor and furnishings. Bed sheets were not so clean. No fridge in room. Everything else was ok.

Very enjoyable. Very good and helpful receptionist.

Check in - was like something out the Adam’s family very dated and smelly The room well what can I say it was stinking dull dirty couldn’t see pattern on carpet it was so dirty windows were filthy they had window restrictions on them no keys incase of fire which we found very DANGEROUS bedding was dirty stains all over duvet cover and surrounding walls were filthy very dated decor old smelly furniture in room nothing like the website pictures also had night club beside us so the noise was bad The bathroom shower had split in it more water coming out hose than shower head soap dispenser was broken No lift to 2nd floor so was nightmare carrying cases up and again back down stairs the corridors smelt like smoke and urine the lift is a regular thing not working as an older couple explained as the were trying to climb stairs aswell we booked and paid for 2 night but left after 1 night it was so bad BEWARE do not stay in this place AVOID AVOID AVOID

Brilliant hotel

After booking this hotel we received bad reports. On arrival we were greeted by friendly helpful staff The main areas of the hotel had recently been decorated. We entered the room expecting to be dated dirty. We were very surprised that the room had recently had a renovation Painted, New Bathroom suit, carpet and curtains. We had a comfortable night. I would certainly use the hotel again.

Loud at night but that added to the fun.

Room was not cleaned properally on arrival towels was dirty and damp how ever bed was clean and shower and sink just rubbish all left everywhere no lifts working properally so had to use stairs to get to a service life my fiance has a bad leg and on a stick so he has hurt his leg more now with the walking

Location great. Check in quick and efficient. Lift was not working when we first got there, but we was told we could use the staff lift. Room was a little dated, but all the basics were there and the room was very clean and the bed was comfy, so all good. Breakfast was nice and hot. The girl on the door to the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

Despite being an older building the room was quite clean a few issues the bath has hairs in from previous customers and the toilet seat was very wobbly. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and the nightclub was an issue but suppose that’s a council problem. Overall for what we paid it was fine and we would visit again.

Cold water and breakfast was over cooked

The whole hotel needs an upgrade.

We were able to park free in the hotel car park early on..We went into Liverpool to see the parade and we didn’t arrive back until 8pm. This wasnt a problem and the receptionist was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable although the TV was quite small. We don’t normally worry about this, but others might. Bathroom had a bath with shower over which was nice . They do serve breakfast, we didn't est there but I would recommend booking at reception rather than when booking online as it's cheaper.
