Great place to stay with fantastic staff. Easy walking distance to the centre of Ely. Nice spacious rooms. We had a wonderful meal there and would definitely stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Very nice pub and the room was great with everything you need.
Food was excellent - I was in a rush to leave and they even made my breakfast to take away for me.
Would highly recommend!

Clean, tidy and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in! Check in was quick & easy, lady had great customer service.

Very clean. The room a little hot but supplied with an efficient fan. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, soap, shampoo and hand cream. Ironing board, iron, hairdryer and room safe. Free parking close by.

Tv was a nightmare! Huge screen but on Tuesday I couldn’t turn it off or mute it so had a terrible night. Emergency phone number didn’t respond.
After new batteries it still wasn’t working properly. Needs a technician.
I’m an elderly solo guest so really missed the tv.
I have requested some financial compensation.

Parking convenient but limited to a 1st come 1st stay basis- we had no issue
Also big free council car park but restricted to 3hrs stay & no parking between 8-830 am So you need to get in hotel space

Nice staff, parked in council car park at rear of pub. Room good with comfy bed and good decor, no Wi-Fi signal and awful phone signal too. Close to amenities with shops n restaurant's only a pleasant 2 minutes walk.
No breakfast available as stated but there are cafes nearby most only open from 9 though

Few issues with missing things from the room…hairdryer and remote control for the TV. But the lovely landlady/ manager was amazing and I can thoroughly recommend this place. Central to Ely town…which is absolutely stunning. Truly a great find
