Very efficient check in where I was met with a smile. Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate and the price was very resonable. Food was good as was the service.

Excellent customer service with staff who were immaculate in their personal presentation - sadly lacking in hospitatlity generally.
Warm and cosy on an extremely cold night - breakfast excellent and we asked to be served quickly as we had to leave to get to an appointment - which was dealt with efficiently and with a smile

Such a comfortable stay. All the staff here were excellent. Will definitely return. Breakfast was great, bed comfy. Charming place to eat drink and stay.

We stayed just one night having previously been here for a lovely meal. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. I am sure we’ll be back again.

Only stayed for one night but the room was a good size and bed comfortable. Everything in the room was of a good standard and very clean. There is nothing else too close to the building and going out means driving however the bar and restaurant in the hotel is warm and welcoming with an excellent atmosphere and menu.

Outstanding place, great quiet location with loads of parking and friendly staff. The food was amazing but I missed the breakfast so can't say how nice it was. Rooms were well equipped, clean and very modern and well decorated. Would definitely use again...

Warm welcome by Maria when we checked in and shown to our room. Delicious breakfast.
Our booking said a garden view room but we overlooked the rear carpark.
Great size bed but too soft for us, it was like laying on a beanbag.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and quiet - especially overnight. Fantastic cooked to order English Breakfast and fresh filter coffee. Lovely room and sparkling bathroom. Only downside for us was the bed was a bit soft but you can't have everything!
