The bedroom had a visibly cracked window and the floor was heavily stained, which was off-putting. Access to the building was a hassle due to the absence of an entry fob. Guests had to call an intercom number for entry, which was quite inconvenient and detracted from the feeling of independence during our stay. The most significant downside came after our departure. We faced a £125 charge for a loose handle on the microwave—a microwave we never used. Despite our honest communication with the agency, our explanation was not accepted. Given the competitive pricing, I had hoped for a value-for-money stay, but the post-stay charge left a bitter taste. For those considering a stay here, I’d advise caution.
