The whole experience is 1st rate. The property is pristine and the entire staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The unlimited in room refreshments we have never seen before, great touch.

From arrival everything was second to none, the welcome was wonderful and the room was incredible. It was clean and so comfortable and they really went all out to provide little treats in the room to make the stay so amazing. My daughter and I were treated like queens and I when I visit London again I will only stay here. A credit to the staff

Perfect location, compact room but with everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was slightly disappointing but amazing views of the London skyline. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was not a fan of the bathroom layout , the bathtub and shower combo . Bed very comfortable and the room is spacious, nice decor.

We loved this quiet comfortable hotel . The lighting in the bathrooms was very dim and difficult to get ready but overall the room was quiet and the staff very helpful !

We had such a lovely stay at Vintry & Mercer! It’s a quirky and beautiful hotel, and the service was warm and personalised. We were greeted by Hamid at the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Stefan at reception checked us in and we had a very smooth experience, thank you so much for the room upgrade!
We look forward to staying again and would highly recommend! If you stay, check out the roof terrace bar and restaurant, it was beautiful on a warm day and the food was amazing.

Very nice, small hotel in a quiet area of London. Very close to Mansion House Underground station for easy access to all parts of the city. Some good restaurants within 15 minutes or less walking distance. Near the river as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Food options at hotel were limited; terrace dining was good (not great). Did not have breakfast or use the bar.
