Building and rooms are a bit tired and need sprucing up. Restaurant was good with hard working staff - enjoyed both main meal and breakfast. Overall it was quiet and peaceful, but the accommodation was not up to the standard we've seen from Campanile in the past. Staff were great and made us very welcome, although we had booked a double room and ended up with a twin which they could not exchange as they were full. Good to see a kettle and coffee making equipment in the room - so many hotels that used to provide this don't do so anymore. Not bad for just an overnight stop, but for the price we expected better.

Arriving took me 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. I had to walk through the entire hotel, when I walked to the back room from outside I found the staff sitting outside smoking a cigarette. Right there ruined the experience for us, as we previously stayed in others Campanille in this trip. This one is by far the worst. We wanted to have dinner at their restaurant by it was closed for the guest, beyond annoying. I

The staff knew the air conditioning didn't work when we checked in, but didn't notify us. On the following day, there was no hot water for shower.
Tried to request for a hair dryer, waited for 1 hour, the staff still didn't come, terrible customer service, overall the experience is terrible.

20h45, au resto, serveuse nous demande ce que l’on veut manger puis nous dit bonjour. Chercher l’erreur. Une fois notre choix fait on nous dit, plus de viande, plus de lasagnes, pas de Regina. La boisson arrive après l’avoir réclamé à la fin de notre plat. Le manager, ou chef ou je ne sais quoi qui court partout avec un jean en bas des fesses ! Les tables autour de nous pas débarrassées et le summum un insecte qui court au travers de la sale de restauration. En résumé, fuyez le ! Le lit confortable, chambre sans produit d’accueil ni de miroir de maquillage qui semble avoir pris des ailes depuis son socle. Il est clair qu’on ne repassera pas chez vous avec cette équipe ! Quant à l’équipe du matin, très agréable, serviable et à l’écoute. Petit dej correct.
