Le personnel est bien informés et le service de navette pour l'aéroport est parfait

Good: Location next to CDG airport and supermarket( Aeroville). Bad: The AC unit was defective, the fan didn't pushed a lot of fresh air. It was hot on the 2nd floor( family room, 2 floors). The room is too small for 2 adults, 2 kids with all the luggage.

Some upgrade needed. Breakfast was good. The hotel should have storage for guest luggages

Great staff and clean rooms

The Air conditioner was a mess full of dust. We could use it because dindt blow it was clogged and because my allergic daughter we used an oppened window. The floor rugs of the alleys were also with dust in all the edges. Breakfast was Ok and the staff attentive.

Good budget hotel. Would say better than 3 star.

We chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. We booked two rooms many weeks in advance. Our stay was during a heat wave. The air conditioning in one room did not cool, and room smelled stale/like mildew. The front desk staffmember came to the room but would not acknowledge the problem. She said it was normal, even though we showed her that our room next door was cool and not smelly. There were no rooms to change to and it was late at night so we opened the window, a fan and air freshener were provided. The a/c never cooled. It was infuriating that the staffmember would not admit that there was a problem.

I don't recommend this property, bed bugs, dust, smell, delapitated room furniture. I

It was ok, decent for short stay. Walls were thin and you could hear lots of noise from cleaning staff in hallway. They also knocked on doors despite Do Not Disturb on door. Shower was small and difficult to climb into. Water pressure was good.

Overpriced very basic room

Very basic room and accommodations. The a/c did not work well. The room was just to be close to the airport for an early flight nothing special

Only booked for 1 night to stay close to the airport so it was enough for that but the staff are not very helpful and the website stated they had airport shuttle and they only offer this service within certain schedule so take that into account when booking.

Not well maintained and had dirty walls and bathroom

Tub required high step to get in & out. No washcloths or ice machine. It was 90+ degrees temp outside. They had no A/C. PUT US on the 5TH FLOOR. Heat rises. Told us to just open the the windows. The windows had no screen or safety barrier when open to prevent falling or bugs entering. Room did have sleeping accommodation we requested. But was so small we had no room to move about. And, when advised we had meds that required refrigeration, the brought out a very small black plastic cooling appliance & said that would cost an additional 10 euros. It wasn't even large enough to accommodate all of our meds. They offered no rate discount or even a fan to alleviate our discomfort. Finally waived the fee for the cooling unit for our :inconvenience". Breakfast was minimal, but adequate,.

Heat wave in Paris. +30 for several days and they wont activate the air conditioning. Hot and humide. Difficult to sleep night before our flight. Most vending machines were out of order

Excellent breakfast

Breakfast is not good, no selections. Don’t even have a water boiler

Make sure you are traveling during the spring season to avoid the teenage guests.
