Breakfast was great! Just wish the shuttles ran a bit later

Rooms where clean, staff was friendly. They need to amend a little bit their breakfast by adding more healthy food. Very near to Eurodysney with free shuttle transfer.

Breakfast was average, 3 nights there and every morning had to wait for cups/plates etc.. very crowded, could be set out much better, No kettle in the room,

Nice hotel but you have to pay extra for anything. No kettle or drinks so held hostage to bar prices. Even have to pay to store your luggage.

Very good budget (compared with the Disney hotels) accommodation close to Disneyland; good parking and breakfasts!

Everything was great, except for the heat wave during our stay in France — unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to keep up with the extreme temperatures.

While our room was quite large it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and it was a bit run down in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk when our A/C was not working properly. While getting ready the first morning the barely working A/C stopped. I am fairly certain they shut off the A/C and don’t allow it to run during the day. I called into a corporate number and was transferred to our front desk. She said they would send a technician up to look at it but no one ever showed. It was just as hot when we returned that evening from being in the park. They do have a free shuttle, which is nice but it is for four large hotels in the property and was always packed. We rode it in the morning but didn’t even attempt trying to take it back from the park at the end of night - we just took an Uber. We were also taken to the wrong hotel when we first arrived in our Uber - even though I used the address on our hotel reservation so be aware there. Use the name - not the address provided. I would not stay here again.

A great option for those going to the Disney Parks Basic but clean, staff were so helpful and accommodating. The free shuttle bus to the park is a great incentive to stay here but can be extremely hectic.

Room was sort of bare! No face cloth for bathroom. Couple of paper cups. Except for restaurant in morning and night had to purchase items from machine.

Really disappointed with this hotel. More like a POW camp. First the good. Close by to Disney with good free shuttle bus (although it was like sardines in a can). The bus even run after midnight which was great. The room was a reasonable size and clean. No tea/coffee making in the room. No Safe which was a major disappointment. When we arrived there was a massive queue. Took about 35 minutes to get to the one member of staff on duty. Had to pay CityTax (not their fault). Not allowed to take in backpacks to breakfast and we have a 14 month old baby and her backup contains wipes, nappy, bib and change of clothes etc. Had to return to the room with it and just take out the wipes. Breakfast is okay. Very continental but they are afraid of you eating too much. I found out that the parking was not free as advertised as we booked with Expedia. It is 15 euros a night. They dont sell milk on site so had to go shopping every day for milk for the baby. Upon trying to leave the first time they wanted 5.79 euros which I paid. I then found out they wanted another 15 euros everynight to stay and I pointed out that I had already paid 5 euros odd. I then pre bought my 4 nights parking. Next day when I tried to leave they wanted another 16 euros. I had to get on the intercom to ask why when I have paid. They let me out. On the last day before checkout I had to go and get milk and medicine and they would not let me out asking w hy I had not checked out. I explained I was going to get milk and

Great location for doing disney on a budget. Breakfast menu is Basically different variations of bread with a bit of fruit. But on the whole cant complain. Does what it needed to do which was be close to disney as you spend most of your time there anyways. I would recommend for families that are not big on hotel experience as like i said it fit the purpose. Overall happy with the stay.

For the price , for the purpose intended it ticked every box. Check in process extremely slow. Usually one person. Everything else top notch

This hotel was so much better than expected! Hundreds of pounds cheaper than the hotels next door and just as good! The dining options are better and more affordable.

Good breakfast & good location too. Friendly check-in staff & family room worled well.

Cracked bath, bad shower, barely any water dripping out in the morning, one minute the water is freezing ,then it came on and burnt us. Wanted £30 for a kettle in the room, every hotel i have ever stayed in has provided a kettle with basic coffee sachets , but this one wanted £30 on top for that. Also charged £45 for parking at the hotel.
