Happy traveller! Very pleased with this hotel that really suited me and my family needs for 2 nights in Paris. It had a good price without compromising on the comfort, the area was nice close to Opera, Galerie Lafayette, metro station, lovely cafes, shops nearby, easy to go to the main touristic sites. Hotel room was spacious, air con worked well which was really appreciated during the heatwave we were in, shower was good, bed and bedding clean and very comfortable, quiet room, good selection for breaksfast, staff very polite and friendly, definitely will choose this hotel again on my next visit, thank you!

Room was filthy and smelly. Floor was dirty. I stayed 3 days, housekeeping was terrible. Used coffee cups not cleaned and replaced. Only bed was made, it seemed everything else was done half effort. One young male staff member was very nice. An older man was very rude.

Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. We were able to store our luggage on day of departure as we had a late flight. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby and we really liked the vibe of the area. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed one night during a business trip, for that the hotel was fine, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but the room was very small, struggled a bit to get my two small/medium sized luggages in and there was no mini fridge. For one night I'd definitely book it again, but not for a longer stay. The breakfast options were also fine.

I requested the high floor and arrived at the start of check in. But the front desk gave us two room all at the level 1. I booked one family room and one superior room. The worst thing was that the sink in one room was clogged and the other room faced a very dirty back alley with a very bad smell. When we wanted to change rooms, she said there were no rooms available.

Staff needs to be more informed about what hotel is offering. For instance, the staff never told us about the light breakfast available. Staff could not provide any suggestions on restaurants in the area. A do not disturb sign was never provided even after informing the staff. Wifi in room was not stable at all. Wifi in local restaurants was better. Even in the lobby of the hotel the Wifi was not stable, therefore, hotel needs to invest in better internet.
