- complicated booking/check in system. Confirmed as accepted... Followed later by many emails requesting same info - to the extent i emailed them asking if I had been scammed. Silence then. Upon check in, more of the same! Check in from 3pm. Arrived after well 4. Room not ready. Had told them eta. Many rooms not ready. When finally I gained access I found that the fridge did not work - essential for my medication. Change of room....time wasted.
At time of my stay, only one small lift operating. Ridiculous.
Towels small and very well used. Limited drying - and I'm a small person.
Room cleaned/serviced once during my 11 day stay. No teabags/coffee...
First morning queried the air conditioning. Oh that doesnt come on until May!
Two fire alarms late in the evening. Upon descending, receptionist checking in new arrivals. No one checking those assembling on street. 2nd time I stayed in my room. No check.
Asked reception for location of nearest Tourist Office. Grudgingly given and as for directions of how to get there.... Two other times I asked for help. One time told repeatedly to get a taxi in spite of my stating that I was not going to. Another time receptionist repeatedly left me waiting whilst she dealt with others. Rude. This also happened when checking out. Obviously not there to help.
2 good things - lovely clean shopping mall, with a supermarket part of the complex and metro directly opposite. Place d'Italie very pretty.

My 3rd visit to Hotel. Very happy with location - I have friends living near place d'italie.
Small kitchen - mall next door with Carrefour. 4 metro lines. Easy to get to anywhere in Paris.
Small park a couple blocks away if you are a runner.
I don't know the complaint about hot water - but My complaint is - that it is too Hot. 🔥
No problem with front desk - but I didn't need help.

Location was fantastic. Situated by a shopping mall so you could walk next door to Uniqlo, Zara, supermarket, Starbucks and McDonald’s and many other stores. Walkable to the nearest metro station. Reception staff were polite. The studio room we booked looked a bit old or perhaps it was the lightning. The beater did make some noise but once off, it was peaceful.

All good but the customer service rep did not let us check in even one hour early unless we signed up for their loyalty program. While it may be a hotel rule, it would have been nice if they would have been a little considerate to their guests paying hundreds for each night of their stay!

Near shopping mall and chinatown so endless resturants and options around to explore that is not touristy. Weekend has farmers market around the corner that span down a long street with many different vendors selling food to miscellaneous items. Also down a different street there is a heavy middle-eastern section that have their own kind of farmers maket with different vendors selling different things as well. Good location to unwind later in night with own kitchenette to then heat up and/or cook things you brought.

Excellent location, easily reached from the Eurostar and away from the tourist honeypot of central Paris. The hotel had everything you need, friendly staff, self catering, and clean comfortable room s. The local area is packed with local cafés, restaurants and bars, in a lovely area of cobbled streets. Highly recommend

This was absolutely the most wonderful experience! The room was clean! The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable! The view was dynamite for me as I am a people watcher and the comings and goings outside my window were delighted I could have just sat there and stared all day! It was so convient to take the bus or the metro! Love love love! Absolutely fantastic!!!

The staff were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Property adjacent to mall. Plenty of options for eating. Excellent bakery across the street. Spacious 1 BR apartment with 4 huge closets. Plenty of drawers & shelves for clothes. Metro stop across from the hotel. EZ to get to from CDG airport. Would stay again.
