citizenM Paris Champs-Élysées

We liked the location, taxis can actually stop at the hotel door to drop off luggage (not so common in Paris). The completely automated rooms were very cool, you can even change the color lighting. Rooms are not so big but very conveniently and comfortably designed. Beds are great, breakfast was delicious. Very original, modern and eclectic, my daughters loved the concept.

The hotel is designed with practical features and functionality. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for a visitor looking to spend their time exploring the city, it is well worth the trade off to save a bit of money on the nightly rate. The staff are all so super attentive and eager to help with anything that is needed. The outdoor patios and rooftop terraces are perfect to catch a drink or enjoy the views of the city. The breakfast and drinks are all top notch, and coffees are made to order. The lobby has a ton of usable space for working if needed. We especially loved the self serve carafes for water—so simple and practical. The iron heaven room was also a fantastic addition and extremely useful for travelers. Our family loved the hotel and will be staying at a Citizen M property again in the future.

Rooms clean staff very helpful the only knock is that the rooms are small. My wife and me had two suitcases and there wasn’t much room basically bath area and bed. It was fine because we weren’t in the room most of the time

This is basically a hostel with private (tiny) bathrooms instead of shared. Shouldn’t be called a hotel.

Newly renovated, modern, clean and in the center of action

All smart room was not good. Couldn’t find a way to turn on only the light in the shower. Would have been nice to have a manual swatch in/near the shower similar to the manual switches next to the vanity area and bed area. Also there was very little room to store luggage. We only had 1 piece of luggage each so it wasn’t a lot

Perfect location for a short stay in Paris hotel is very central for shopping good restaurants and sites the only negative is the size of the rooms but this is to be expected for the price paid, the large and comfortable beds are a bonus though.

Staff was great, and the location was perfect. The room was very small but very clean.

Great friendly staff were very attentive to all our needs, and room and all areas very clean. Will visit again!
