Area was great for transportation options. As it is close to a train station there are a lot of food places to pick from at a walking distance. Breakfast could have been more varied. Croissants and bread were great. Staff were nice and helpful. Bathrooms could use some updates. Elevator worked well. Our stay was pleasant.

To be fair it’s a bit shabby, dated and stained wallpaper, water tepid at best. But the room and bathroom I had was a good size. However the location is perfect, the room was clean and pretty quiet on at night. Also reasonably priced

Hotel very noisy, hot and lots of mosquitos. Train vibrates the rooms. Inquired about changing rooms and they were no help, also locked us out of the room after explaining to them 3 times we had two reservations back to back.

Where to start… book ANYWHERE else. Trains are right underneath, loud, vibrate the whole room and wake you. They run every 2-10 minutes from 0500 to 0200. Our room AC and Heater both did not work. There was no ventilation so when we showered everything got damp. We tried opening the window to clear it and got inundated with mosquitos which bit us all night long. The hotel misrepresents their facilities at best- there is no on site laundry (pay or self use), breakfast didn’t start until 07 so we didn’t even get to eat it two of the days we paid for. Worst hotel we’ve ever been to, and we traveled all over Europe. The “bar” is staff grabbing you cans of pre mixed drinks. So disappointed in the extremely false advertising!!!!!

The staff were helpful and very quick to help. Room was basic, looked a bit run down and there were some bits that clearly needed replacing, but didn’t affect my stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is a train station very close but the noise didn’t bother us at all. Location is good, close to supermarket and short walk to metro. Overall a very pleasant stay

Internet didn't work in rooms, despite several complaints by many guests. Its a hotel to sleep in and spend all your time outside which pretty much is the whole point !!!

Extremely outdated and furniture has not been replaced in what seems like 20 years min. All carpeting stained, all chairs fabric and stained, curtains stained, strange smell from bathroom, and walls seem to have water damage (bubbling wall paper) which may be contributing to smell. No standup shower and water does not get very hot. Wifi also did not work even on 1st floor. Convenient location for the train station but because with every train and metro the room shook and there was a noise. Would not recommend the room for the faint hearted and if you don’t get a good deal. There was the option to store luggage which was just a free for all space by the front desk, no tickets, no tags, nothing, not very safe. Do not leave your valuables there.

I didn’t like it ,because it smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in the room prior to our stay , the carpet felt gross as if hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, no refrigerator, our room was located at the end of a tiny hallway that looked straight out of horror movie. The only benefits that I could take out of our stay is the price was good for a last minute stay and for the locations where the hotel is at,
