Holiday Inn MULHOUSE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Very lovely and quiet hotel. The rooms as well as the spa area were spacious and clean. Loved my stay!

Hotel was reasonable. Breakfast was very poor. Location handy for the motorway but very close to high rise flats.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. Very clean and new facility. Dove products in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful!

It is a very nice Hotel. The SPA is very nice also the Gym. It's nothing extraordinary but for who likes to spend a couple of calm relaxing days like we did it is perfect. Room Climate was perfect and we even had Dove Shower Gel and Shampoo that smelled so nice.

Cyril at the front desk when we arrived was wonderful! Super welcoming and helpful and went out of his way to get us checked in quickly and up to our room. Thanks Cyril!

Excellent service and friendly staff. The beds and duvet are top quality. Breakfast can get better, but good things and what you need. I will return to this hotel

Alright hotel next to Mulhouse. It’s really close to some social housing which led locals to recommend not hanging out at night very much around the area. Otherwise the hotel itself is in a commercial zone with a few shops and restaurants around. Being France everything closes pretty early especially on weekends. Room was large, carpet was plush although quite stained, walls were cuffed and a few other things were rough. It’s a modern style but that’s been used for a while or roughly used cause it shows. Fridge wasn’t cold, barely enough to keep the drinks under room temperature. Bed was comfy and AC was a life saver in the summer :). Breakfast was alright the variety is decent but quality was nothing to rave about. Breakfast staff was nice but looked rushed. Overall decent experience I’d give this hotel a 3/5 stars.

It is a typical holiday inn. Stay nice and accommodation. We are vegans and the bartender made us a nice salad. No other restaurants were open close by. Ok exercise room and pool.

It was a one-night stay on our way to Switzerland. We recommend it, but we arrived at a time of national holiday. You can tell that they weren't running on full-staff. So cleanliness suffered a bit as well as other services (e.g. no WIFI !) For example the pool spa area was great, but a bit abandoned with broken equipment, cleanliness issues and very wet slippery floor. My daughter fell and hurt her head quite badly because of large puddles of water everywhere. Nonetheless and overall, we recommend this establishment and buck up the mishaps to the holiday season (it was Christmas).

Good hotel for a one night stop in Mulhouse. Has all the amenities needed

The hotel is ideally situated if travelling by car and you require a stop over. Easy access to Mulhouse and restaurant facilities are good. Our only issue was no WiFi in the room or at reception, which was an issue for us as we needed to communicate with our next stop over. Overall a great hotel

Very clean and spacious room; discreet and friendly service; ample parking space; very nice place to stay! Just the selection of coffee in the morning has some room for improvement: In my opinion a cappuccino is a standard and should be available at the coffeemachine at breakfast - or even better be served... But otherwise a pleasant place to stay...

We stopped here for just the 1 night to break up our drive to lake Garda and the hotel was perfect. Swimming pool for the kids, nice Italian restaurant next door and comfortable room.
