I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the suite; it felt like a small apartment, but without a kitchen, which was really nice. The location is also pretty easy to reach with both U-bahn and car, and the check-in staff was really friendly.

The hotel was very bare bones, in every way- staff & property. Clean, with a slightly hostel vibe. Check in was not permitted till after 3, & though I saw various groups check in well before that, a few families sat in the lobby till 3:30 or so. Key was given, but no info on anything was offered; basically handed you the key & that was that. The lights require a key to be slotted in a specific area, but I was not told that, necessitating multiple trips down to the lobby. I may have used the spa, but I couldn’t get any info on it. No longer associated with a beach, which means I needed to reserve time at the private beaches for 160€. At times water was in the lobby, but not consistent. Be aware that the candies etc appear to be “welcome gifts” on a tray, but are actually part of the mini bar. Staff, while not rude, were certainly not helpful or pleasant. One woman was polite and informative but that’s it. Hotel in a relatively safe area. Not far from the city center, so that was ideal. Rooms were quiet. As I said, a solid stay. Definitely not a 4 star, but not a bad place.

This was a really nice hotel, it was close to everywhere. The airport was 30 mins away without traffic, the staff were nice and house keeping laid my bed and changed my used towels daily. They also had water and some drinks in the fridge for a fee which was great since they had complimentary water too . Overall experience was nice

Great hotel walking distance to everything. Some staff were lovely others didn’t want to give you the time of day. Parking is under renovations. There’s parking across the street but you need to download an app and buy less time (2 or 3 hours) more frequently to avoid paying hefty fees.

Although it has 4 stars I felt it was worse than the 2 star hotel I once had a chance to stay. The carpet was not clean and worn out, reception was awful. It was first time encountering such rude staff. Asked if we could check in before 3 pm and they made us wait exactly until 3 PM, even though we saw the cleaner leave hour before. There were no options to have a drink or eat, the bar area was always empty. The hotel walls were thin and we could hear everything. They gave us the worst room ever on top of making wait. Although its dog friendly so it says and paid more than in some five star hotels to have my small Maltese with us, they didn't even offer water when we waited 3 hours to get into the room. I would not recommend staying there at all.

It was nice and comfortable. Though there were a few things I wasn’t pleased about: I wanted to use the hair dryer but it didn’t work. I did call the reception about it but the instructions given on how to operate it weren’t ideal, as I still was unable to use. I was charged a $100 deposit and the money has yet to be refunded 6 days after even though I didn’t damage anything or purchase from the mini bar.

Stayed in family room which was spacious for 2 people. Breakfast was expensive at 20 EUR but decent. Its not city center but just across a 2 lane and bi-directional main road so I would say it is convenient enough to walk everywhere. The garden is cute, not fabulous. 3star with 5 star service
