Staff was super helpful and friendly in finding where to eat and rides. And with any questions that we had. They were always available to help with anything and everything we needed. Room and bathroom was spacious for our family of 3. Loved that they had a water and ice station to fill up before heading out for the day. Lobby was cute and comfy Location was excellent- close to all the major sites. 10 minute walk door to door to the Louvre. Bakery/Patisserie down the street on the corner was excellent- went for croissants- sandwiches- and sweet treats everyday. No need to travel to viral social media places. Great eateries walking distance. Yelp is helpful at finding them We would definitely come back- excellent overall experience and highly recommend.

The bed was extra comfy! The property was in a wonderful location and in walking distance to many important things to see. The receptionist, Andrea, was very helpful in answering our questions and arranging a taxi for our departure date.

The staff is amazing. The rooms are silent which is great and pretty cute. Only two complaints which I think would be an easy fix: the mattress protector must be plastic because it makes a ton of noise when you turn sides in your sleep. It’s annoying. And the bathroom could use a good clean. There is mold buildup in the shower.

We needed a room for a night due to last minute shift in plan. It was fine but not sure I would stay again, especially for a longer stay. Small rooms, outdated property and outdated carpet which made it feel older. But staff was helpful and friendly. They also have a late check out and you can store bags if needed which was great.

Like most European hotels the smell of cigarette smoke in lobby that finds its way to your room, other than that it was a very nice hotel, convenient to shopping, metro, Louvre, and Notre Dame. The metro station is just around the corner that takes you everywhere else, get the breakfast, not just a continental.
