Hotel Palym

Overall fantastic and close to everything. Lots of dining options. Only thing I don’t like is that some of the streets in the neighborhood had homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks.

Super helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent value, truly excellent.

Very convenient for Gare de Lyon. Room seemed quite large for a Paris hotel. Easy check in with helpful staff

Nice staff clean room. I ended up in room 2 on the ground floor . Nice clean and cosy . Sadly I realised that I could smell a bit of sewage and alert the reception . Nothing major but you need to sleep with bathroom door close . Also during night I had 2 people talking close to my window and started to listen some music . Not fault from the hotel but ground floor is not the best for peace and quiet . Being on business trip all the time I requested a quiet room . The breakfast is lovely with a large choice of good fresh food .

Location was great! Super close to gare de lyon station! Lots of good food options around! The only thing i wish the room had was a kettle and some coffee/tea. Overall stay was good! Walls are a but thin so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like me!

Helpful staff and great location!

The best part is the location if you are taking TGV from Gare de Lyon the hotel is 2 minutes away. The room was clean and nice but the walls were very thin and you hear your neighbors. Also it was weird that the room light kept turning off every 15 minutes and you have to hit the switch again and again. With the price I paid, I would select another hotel next time.

Clean and staffs are helpful

The room is very small. No coffee/water boiler in the room. There is a water boiler in the lobby, however it is not available all the time (it is taken away after about 6pm).

It was good. The location was super close to Gare de Lyon. It was clean. The lift was frustratingly slow but the staff were nice.

The location is very good as it’s next to Gary de Lyon train station if you need the trains. Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very nice rooms, staff is helpful

The rooms are small, but clean .

The staff members were incredibly helpful, polite understandable, as there is a language barrier so they always did their best to make sure either they had a staff member that spoke English or had a way to translate with us. I recommend always having some of translation, such as a phone app Because many people here in France do not speak English many Uber drivers especially and that’s so important that they know exactly where you’re going because the app for Uber is not always accurate. I would bring many rechargeable batteries for cell phone as there are many parts of Paris and Orleans. Those are the two cities that I was in that the service is very slow and it drains your batteries very quickly. The weather here is very cold and days and very warm other days so my suggestion is dress and layers always and have a great pair of broken sneakers if you want to go sightseeing. Also attractions like the Lovur is not open on Tuesdays. We did not know that as it being such a sought out towards attraction we thought it would be open every day so I recommend you make a list and a plan of where you’d like to go and check the hours as we did not so we were unable to see that attraction on our trip. Besides checking the hours, lots of the museum, Eiffel Tower, etc. are either close by each other or there’s a difference and 10 minutes and an Uber could really be 30 minutes and an Uber because there is a lot of traffic but a sightseeing buses do you wanna make sure you give leeway

Second time here. Clean and modern rooms, on the smaller side but the same across Paris. Staff are incredibly friendly. Moments across the road from the Gare de Lyon. Strong air-con. Bigger lift than most hotels in the city. All you need if you’re looking for a convenient bed for the night.

Clean, attractive, functional, comfortable. A comfortable night’s rest prior to an early train from the Gare de Lyon.

Had a triple room- was L shaped which created a nook like area for single bed Well sized room for central Paris Recently decorated and was lovely and modern inside AC was EXCELLENT and needed for the summer Bathroom well appointed Had breakfast and was nice and fresh with extended hours till 11am very much apprwciated
