The rooms in Hotel Elysia are very large and beautifully decorated. They are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool. It is in a nice, safe area, close to the shopping of the Champs Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. It is a bit further away from other major sights like Notre Dame or the Eiffel Tower - but everywhere is really only a short 15€ taxi drive away. The true highlight of this hotel, however, is the staff. Particular mention goes to the front desk people - Rozenn and Lea, and another man whose name I didn’t catch. They were always pleasant and helpful, helped us with reservations at beautiful restaurants, suggested lovely Paris shopping ideas, and were overall perfect hosts. They are a huge asset to this hotel and made us feel very welcome every day. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to all.

Hotel was a lovely size i did request a room on lower floors as i had read that the lift is small and takes a while to get up and down. Hotel really close to the main strip/shops but on a she side street. It was lovely that you could request an hour for free over your stay in the spa areas exclusively for your party. Breakfast was plentiful and quality bar area and barman friendly and made a really good cocktail. Prices as expected for a 5 star hotel. On the down side our room faced the road so was woken up ar 2.30am by cars honking their horns as there was a hold up in the street. So pay extra for an inside room if you want total peace!

The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed an order, but it arrived in such poor condition that I couldn't eat it. I politely requested them to take it back, but I was taken aback when I noticed they charged me for the meal I hadn’t even touched. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The following day, I switched to a hotel across the street, and I’m so pleased I did. The food, service, and staff at the new hotel were absolutely fantastic

It is an excellent hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were amazing. I come to Paris every year to celebrate my birthday. This year I was turning the big 30 and decided to book at Elysia and am so glad I did, the staff went the extra mile to make it feel very special. The hotel is beautiful and standards are kept to a high level. The spa was a bonus to have after a long day of shopping and was kept very clean. I cannot wait to return in a few months and stay again. This has now become my go-to hotel in Paris. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
