Great location, good value for money, perfect breakfast and excellent staff and service. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location - literally five minute walk to the centre of Champs Elysees, its abundance of shops, restos and cafes. Doormen were extremely welcoming and quick to assist with luggage, ordering taxis, etc. Front desk staff varied; courteous and professional. We stayed in a suite featuring a separate living area (couch, arm chair, separate writing desk/chair, elegant coffee table, lovely wall art and colours), double doors leading to a separate (king bed) bedroom, walk in closet area with more storage than anyone needs, very well appointed bathroom with separate tub and shower. Hair dryer should be updated. Bathroom amenities were fairly standard and were replenished daily. Bottled water and lovely chocolates were left in our room nightly - a nice surprise and added touch after a full day of sight-seeing. Balcony doors fully opened allowing for fresh air. Blackout curtains, luxurious in both look and feel, ensured a restful sleep. Breakfast was included - simple offerings of fresh fruit, selection of cereals, quiche, charcuterie, boiled or scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, juices, teas and coffee; a basket filled with a selection of baguette, croissants, sweet pastries was promptly presented at each table. Service was attentive and nicely paced. Overall a very welcoming, warm, extremely quiet boutique property featuring elegance, attention to the details; truly a home away from home. We will most definitely stay at Hotel Francois 1ER on our next trip to Paris.

Super location. very quiet, and small local hotel. Updated bathroom. Room was small but comfy bed. Hotel lobby small, pretty with small bar for a late glass of wine.
