Hôtel Mercure Brive

I was a good stay

We had booked here because it had EV charging points and a restaurant, and looked like a pleasant setting. We arrived to discover that the EV chargers were Tesla only, and the restaurant was closed. We'd just driven 400 miles, so were not pleased. After a lot of complaining and phone calls by the receptionist, it emerged that the chargers could be used with any EV (officially from October), and we were offered a rather simple (although expensive) meal in our room - a lentil and vegetable dahl with bread, which wasn't bad. The receptionist was very helpful and tried hard to sort all this out, but it took a long time and was stressful, and shouldn't have happened in the first place. The room was fine though, and the hotel was in a pleasant setting. Didn't bother with the breakfast!

Terrible stay. Room is very old (although bathroom was remodeled recently). Kettle and TV remote were broken. Worse thing that happened was to see the cleaning lady enter our room while we were sleeping. The door was locked from inside and the do not disturb placard was on the door handle. Not even saying sorry. Front desk barely apologized for the incident. Never seen anything like this. Trust the reviews and don't go there.

Very basic for a Mercure and in need of a refurb. Ideal for a stop-over to or from the South. Very friendly staff, but the level of comfort is more like an IBIS

Convenient stopover on journey south. A very pleasant relaxing evening and stay.Dogs very welcome.

Not bad, nice and quiet, an overnight hotel

A spotlessly clean, comfortable hotel, with a swimming pool and air conditioning. Very conveniently situated if travelling south as just off the autoroute. Ask for a room facing the front of the hotel as quieter. Those at the back are close to the road.

Confort et service à la hauteur de l enseigne Malheureusement la grosse station de charge Telsa juste sur le parking du Mercure nous oblige à entendre les alarmes qui se déclenchent (très gênant le nuit !)

au calme, facilité d'emplacement, personnel accueillant, seul petit problème, les moteurs pompes piscine un peu bruyant la nuit.

Hôtel pas digne du standing MERCURE. Hôtel vieillissant qui a besoin d'une rénovation complète des chambres

Nuit bonus. Qualité du matelas laissait à désirer La clim plante régulièrement Les sanitaires étaient impeccables. Le restaurant est très bien.

Petit déjeuner trop cher

Ni un solo cajon o repisa para dejar ropa, armario minusculo con dos perchas y sin estantes, caja fuerte suelta que se podian llevar, cama mal hecha, temperatura inadecuada, llave que no funciona…..no sigo, desastre total

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit de la route. Le service est correct, le petit déjeuner parfait mais les chambres vraiment pas au niveau d’un Mercure.

Une clim qui fuit, seule solution un seau ... Avec de forte chaleur... Honnêtement cet établissement ne correspondant absolument aux nombres d'étoiles et dégrade la notoriété Mercure. Tout et resté dans son jus .... Je ne renouveler pas ! Et je ne conseille pas... Y'a bien mieux pour bien moins chère!!!!
