We stayed one night here prior to a visit to Puy du Fou. We had a family room for four people. It was fairly small, but had everything we needed and the space had been carefully designed with plenty of room for luggage etc. It was also nice and clean. The restaurant does excellent food in the evening (well worth visiting whether you are staying at the hotel or not) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable place for a visit to Puy fu Fou. The rooms are a little small. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant is very good but also very busy so reservation is advisable.

This was m'y second stay in two weeks, but this time I came with two friends who had their own room. Our first heat wave of the year, and the hôtel has air conditioning, but refuses to turn it on, stating that thé entire hôtel would be freezing. Confusing since thé room have their own thermostats. With no screens on thé windows, we could not open thèm.
For the second time, I only got three hours sleep, as did my traveling companions.

Rien à redire sur l'hôtel quoi qu'un accès peu pratique. Par contre le restaurant de l'hôtel (l'orchidée) est à éviter à tout prix. Une demi heure après notre arrivée nous n'avions toujours pas commandé et le personnel ne nous croyaient pas. Les plats bien présenté mais d'une qualité médiocre, la présentation en devenant donc inutile.

Could not rate this hotel higher overall, particularly standard of cuisine. Service and friendliness of staff excellent. Hotel is obviously mainly used by people going to Puy du Fou, but also convenient for us going to Festival of Poupet (Bob Dylan's appearance there)

L'hôtel est correct et le personnel très sympathique.
Mon seul vrai reproche concerne l'accueil de nuit qui est inexistant et qui m'a beaucoup stressé et agacé.
Je l'ai précisé à l'accueil lors de mon départ. Je dois dire que je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n'y a pas plus d'information à ce sujet. j'ai effectivement reçu un code pour l'ouverture du portail voiture mais ensuite, aucune explication sur le reste de la procédure.
Je trouve cela anormal. Il y a un numéro de téléphone avec un message enregistré mais qui ne sert à rien.
Autant avoir un message explicatif en francais/anglais/espagnol etc... pour pouvoir comprendre comment accéder aux chambres.
Et même si cela n'est pas possible, il suffit de mettre UN QR CODE à l'entrée principale pour nous guider facilement.

Rent och stort rum med starka färger. Bra hotell för dig som vill besöka Puy du fou. Cirka 15 min med bil. Hotellet har en mycket enkel restaurang men om du orkar gå 10 minuter kommer du till en liten handelsplats med ett par restauranger. Fin ute servering
