Great stay, easy access from the train station. Friendly team and great breakfast.

2 minute walk to the railway station. 12 minute drive to the airport. About a 10 minute walk and you're into the historic "old town". Get a room facing the city and you also get a beautiful sunset behind the mountains. I was in 605 and had a great view all the way to the Cathedral and beyond.

Clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stay. Directly opposite the train station and convenient for the main routes. We enjoyed an evening meal in the bistro attached to the hotel but did not take breakfast. The secure carpark was full but we parked nearby for free. Charges start at 9 am the following morning. The aircon was welcome , if a little noisy. As was the lift if your room is close to it. Mini fridge and kettle are always useful.

The staff and hotel we good but the hotel was about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the centre.

Horrible unsecure wifi that blocks most websites, couldn't get much work done.

Overall good place to stay, convenient location if traveling by train which was our case. quiet, clean, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. But problem with shower not draining and carpet all wet. Also phone to other rooms doesn't work. Very good breakfast.

Had a brilliant time. Hotel was clean and bright inside. Room sufficiently spacious with adequate storage space. Bathroom again spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Staff always cheerful and obliging and patient when I struggled with certain French words . They were also quick to resolve problems ; Eg key card malfunction, light bulb & blinds and were helpful in giving advice about travel, particularly when there was major disruption on the railway during that week . Breakfast was good too with good coffee from the machine and nice fresh bread + cold meats cheese , fruit etc.

The Booking Process: Initially, the booking was for a normal room. At short notice, I requested a family room. This was done quickly and efficiently. Our arrival was managed seamlessly. The Hotel: the hotel appears to be relatively new, with secure parking. It is opposite the Raikway station. The area, like others found near a railway station, was a bit rough and run down, with what appears to be a doss house right next to the hotel. There are no decent places to eat, unless you like kebabs, or Railway cafe food. You are approximately a 20 min walk from the old town and the cathedral, before you can find a reasonable restaurant. The Room: the room was very clean, but for a 3 stars, I would have expected proper cups, not paper ones. The room has a wet room, which looks very smart, but has a design flaw. There was no drain off for shower water, so the shower room quickly became a swimming pool!

Its nothing special but rooms are clean and the one we had quiet, its close to the station but a long walk into the old city center. You can get a reasonable breakfast at the hotel

Staff was friendly. She changed a better room for us after we told her the room was noisy. Great value.

I spent a few nights there during a business trip recently. The location is very central, across the street from the train station. There are a few decent restaurants, although I would avoid the one directly to the right of the hotel when you are facing the entrance. Tried it, and they could not care less, on my experience. The room was a superior room. For French standards, it was an adequate size, although the huge TV is the elephant in the room. Desk space is limited. Room was clean, but bed was never made. Also, a big inconvenience was the internet service. You get a code. You can use several devices. What they are not telling you is that in order to do so, you cannot use them simultaneously. I had called down the first night, and the guy told me (we both speak French, so there was no linguistic breakdown) there must be something wrong with the way I logged on. I asked specifically whether I needed a separate code to use to use more than one device at a time, and he said that was not necessary...nor was it ever. Come to find out, it states specifically on their provider site that you cannot SIMULTANEOUSLY use one code for two different devices. I could do without, but it is such little customer service things that represent a drawback. Not insurmountable, but poor service nonetheless. Otherwise, it was fairly good.

Great for our one night stay. Parking was secure. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating!

The hotel is very practical for getting into the centre of Clermont Ferrand. It is also just next to the train and bus station which is ideal. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Overall we were very satisfied.

Location of hotel was ideal for walking into city centre approximately 15 minutes to main sights plenty of parking at rear of hotel receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful, rooms were clean and even though the hotel is opposite the main train station the room was quiet.

The room smelled of smoke and there was no tea/coffee supplies, had to ask at reception. Room was adequate but ac was noisy. Location was good, short walk into the old town and breakfast was good. Wouldn't be my choice if we ever visit here again.

Everything was fantastic. At first the neighbor seemed questionable, but then we saw how they made everything feel secure. We were very pleased.

This was just a quick overnight stop between trains and fitted our needs very well - location is very convenient, just across the road from the station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we're happy for us to keep the room till noon the next day so that we could go into the centre before our afternoon train departure.
